    I enjoy watching your videos, love your humor but best of all I love how easy you appear to make easier for those of us who challenged with measurements. Thank You!

    Thank you for leaving in your mistakes and keeping it real!
    I like your sense of humor too!
    I just found you but I’d love to see something that is a cheap solution for paper/cardstock storage.
    I REALLY like the fact that your product is American made! 🇺🇸

      I just used a utility knife. I didn’t show it but at around 11:00 minutes you can see it. It’s a Milwaukee brand, but any one will do. I’m sure there are better ones, this is all I had.

      @@EZStudRack Thx for your input! Guess I’ll have to search further for a quality blade, because, as I said, I’ve n e v e r been able to cut foam cleaning.

    Hi ! Help please….how do I use system with metal studs ? I have a feeling all my interior walls are metal.

    • @EZStudRack
      @EZStudRack  Рік тому

      Howdy. Home depot sells metal stud covers but they are 3X the price of a wood stud. The next best thing would be to build a frame and attach to your metal studs (I would discuss with a person familiar with metal studs). Or if you are only notching out a small section, one side of the metal stud you can screw to the other side you might be able to slip in a 2x4 or 2x3 and attach EZStudRacks to it. Hope this helps. Did you see the framed wall video? Here is a clip of the wall. This is the first time using YT Clip so I hope it works! ua-cam.com/users/clipUgkx60jIk0Gk9mGrEKA24_J_eAopVvgByAuz

      @@EZStudRack Thanks so much for getting back to me. If they are metal I was thinking about as you said , putting a 2 x 3 or 4 attached to the metal studs first but it would really cut down on the space … Guess I could even attach 1/2” stud x 3 or 4 . Just enough to screw the shelves into. I’m hoping I don’t have to deal with that . Only one way to find out I guess !
      Are the racks available in the box stores or only online / Amazon ?

      @@peej2420 If I understand your circumstances, you already have your wall support from the m e t a l studs, correct? So, you r e a l l y don’t need anything “structural”. Just use the foam core Eugene used, use some adhesive to apply the EasyStud pieces to the foam core, and slide the “foam core cabinet” in between the studs. If need be, use a 1” x ?” installed horizontally between 2 studs to perch the foam cabinet on (so it doesn’t slide down to the floor? 🤭 😉 👍). Hope your project turned out to your satisfaction. Be well …

      Just cut the 30” piece in half. Then you could have a deeper top and bottom slot.
