A really small crochet hook might work for you. I crochet and knit and this is how we pick up dropped stitches. You place the hook a little under the fabric from the pulled stitch. You can go up and out by the pull. You grab a hold of the pulled loop with the hook end of the crochet hook and pull it under the undamaged fabric. Also you can probably push the pulled thread to either side or even down to keep it from coming back up and out. It i hen you carefully remove the hook from behind the threads. It I s painstaking, but it is worth it. I’ve also use this technique to fix sweaters when the loops become unraveled. I hope I’ve been able to explain this so that you can understand it. I really enjoy all the info from your videos. Congratulations on your beautiful necklace. I can relate to how precious it is to you.
Yes, I use that method all the time to pull stray threads to the inside of the garment or “whatever”. I have all sizes of these hooks. They have tiny crochet hooks to crochet lace. Those can be so handy!!! 😊
Yes, you explained it wonderfully! Thank you so much!!! 🥰💜 I'm going to get me a couple of small crochet hooks and give this a try. 🙂 Thank you so much, again, for explaining this to me! I'm clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff, so I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to explain it for me. 💜💜💜
Hi Amber. I love your videos and listening to you on your videos. You have a very nice voice. I love the necklace. Its really beautiful. Thanks for always being honest.
Hello Amber... Your Necklace is beautiful. The bags are nice. I suggest a small crochet hook to pull through the threads. The fraying on the edge you could use the fabric shaver. Hugs ❤
Thank you so much! 🙂💜 I don't know a darn thing about using a crochet hook, but I'll youtube it and see if I can figure it out. Thank you for the tip! 🥰
I think it's super cute, too! But in person the pulls are really noticeable. ☹️ I just need to figure out how to fix them a bit because they're all over it.
There is a product in the sewing arena called Fray Check. It’s a liquid you apply to fraying areas and it dries clear. However, with a bag like this, you will continue to get snags because it’s fabric. It will catch on a lot of surfaces.
I have the same exact bag, in blue and green the black on mine, IS rubbing off, I was going to send back the blue one, but didn't get around to it!!? I've been carrying it anyway!? But it does hold a lot!! The minkoff bag did the same thang!!?😪😌😊
Oh no! I hate to hear that. ☹️ I haven't had any issues with my black hardware, but I don't use my bags for long periods at any one time, either. So that's probably the difference. I would definitely let them know that your bag did that, though. They might replace it for you. 🙂💜
Hi Amber. Haven’t commented before. I think instead of tampering with those imperfections you might want to just try to put a bit of clear polish on them so they don’t get pulled out any worse. Unless you want to take it to a professional 💲. Like the jewelry but I’ve bought expensive pieces that always come with a lobster claw clasp. Helps with a bit thicker chain. But that’s just my opinion, no reflection on you my friend. Luv your vids. Thanks.
I've never heard the clear nail polish trick, so I'll definitely look into that one! That's more my speed anyway, because I have no idea how to fix all these pulls... and my luck, I'd just make them worse. 😅🤦♀️ Thank you so much for the tip!!! 💜 And no worries at all on the jewelry! I don't blame you one bit. We all like different things and there's nothing wrong with that at all. 🙂 Thank you so much for watching! I hope you're having a great week!! 🥰
Not sure I would stress too much about the pulled threads. This bag will show a lot of dirt on that fabric and cleaning it will not be easy on that cheap fabric. For me, the way the fabric is poorly lined up on the front side makes it a big "no." It just screams fake. Were it mine, I'd return it. I love your reviews on these bags and you are so thorough. I ended up buying one of your suggestions from Temu! Thank you!
Oh gosh... I don't even know how to fix a sweater! 😅🤦♀️ I'm literally hopeless when it comes to anything related to sewing/crocheting/etc. ☹️ I really don't have a clue how to do any of it. 🤷♀️

Thank you!! I'm not very good at fixing or changing fabric bags like this, so I need all the help I can get with this one. 😅💜
Great video Amber! Love the necklace! And the bags are great! I’m going to look them up right now!😊
Thank you so much!! 🥰
I think it's an adorable bag and I could hardly notice picks. For $25 you got a deal.

Thank you so much for watching!! 🥰
If I saw all those loose threads on the tweed bag I would want to return it.
Yeah... see, I would've too... but I didn't notice the issues until it was too late to return it. ☹️
Beautiful necklace
Thank you so much!! 🥰

One of the issues I have with dupes that use chain handles/ straps is how cheap the metal looks.
I can totally understand that. Some of the chains can look so cheap! The chain on this bag is really nice in person, though. 🙂
I would tuck the ends in as if you were fixing a pull on a sweater.
