He is a rapper, singer, dancer, bboy, CEO, Korean American born & raised in Seattle, checkout his freestyle on Sway in the morning and the song he released before this one Taxi Blurr and also his song Mommae which is kind of like this one but the mv is way raunchier, it came out 7 years ago and he pretty much did the song to challenge the status quo in Korea, Korean artists didn't do music like that especially back then, he didn't think it get played in Korea or that Koreans would watch the mv, turned out to be his biggest hit & most watched mv & he can't do a concert or show without singing it

I recommend Jay Park's Mommae, On It (has an old school scratch feel), the Sway freestyle & interview, H1ghr Music's (one of the labels he started) The Purge & Lotus Remix. H1ghr has a mix of r&b and Korean hip-hop stuff.
Jay Park is an American rapper and hip hop artist. He used to be the leader of the group 2PM. He has also established his own music label.
He always has the swag! And this mv that you thought was a bit "corny-ish" - I agree, but I don't think he was taking himself too seriously.
If you want to see his singing and dancing, then try his previous song Taxi Blurr. Also, All I Wanna Do, or Ganadara.
One of his older songs I'm very partial to is Drive.
