Thank you Dr Strong very much. Many trainee around the world would be fortunate to watch and learn videos from you. It might be too late for me but I can’t help to thank you and the technology which made it possible to learn.
Hello Doctor, First off I wanted to say I really like your videos. I am looking to read on VCGs and pediatric/neonatal ECGs. Can you suggest a book or two for each? Thanks!
Nice video! Question about the example #1 of concealed conduction - is it fair to say that this partial refractoriness of the AV node is due to there being some portion of inactivated L-type Ca++ channels, thus leading to a more shallow slope of the phase 0 in the AP, thus resulting in a lower speed of conduction?
I totally agree! Unfortunately, a lot of people find ladder diagrams confusing. They are on my long list of topics to cover in a future video. In retrospect, I probably should have made it earlier so I could have used ladder diagrams for some of these more advanced ECG topics.
The leading circle model of functional reentry is a pretty advanced topic, which I would need to research myself and consult with an EP or two before feeling confident I could accurately explain it. In other words, it's a topic for which you may be better off seeking an explanation elsewhere. Very sorry.

Nice work....تم
Great videos doctor, will the course be finished anytime soon?
Why no one talks about voltage problems, patient with his voltage going too low by intrinsic reason and not pericarditis e.g.
Several of these rhythms would have benefited from having laddergrams constructed for them in order to illustrate the mechanism better.

Kindly explain leading circle reentry
