Quran ko samajh kar padhne se uska course word to word Karna aur deeply samajhna hame sikhata hai Zindagi guzaarne ka tariqa and everything what we need in our life we can learn and take life lessons from Quran.. Allah knows best... subhan Allahi wabi hamdihi....I really don't know about breathing and all technic and I don't want to hurt anyone what I get from Quran I told that's it.... Allah knows best.....

Thats is the problem most of the muslims don’t know Arabic. It’s trying to read Chinese book when you don’t know Chinese. All these teachings are in quran , but since we dont know Arabic.
