  • I fix the contact behind the steering wheel for the horn, replace the line for the window washer sprayer, drop the windshield again on the Samurai. I find the freon leak on my Jeep WK and get the AC blowing cold again. There's a few funny moments in this one!

You should be able to adjust the spray nozzle. Stick a needle into it and push the needle to redirect the spray to the upper half of the window.

@@BorisEkner Yeah I gotta try that cuz this doesn't wash my window very good, better for the guy 3 cars back lol.

Fingers crossed you can fix it. Because showering birds isn’t what it should do, is it? 😂

@@BorisEkner Lol, I sure hope thats not how they came from the factory. I don't know if I cause that issue by jamming a needle in there or what. I'm working on a bloopers/funny/fail compilation video and noticed that the little plastic hose butt connector thing that I took out had a tiny check ball inside it. I didn't think it came that way so I took it out and just replaced it with a single hose, now I'm wondering if that little ball was there to reduce the flow lol.

I think that the valve with the ball was installed the wrong way. Apply it the other way around and it makes sense as it will stop the water in the hose to flow back to the tank, i.e, keeping the hose full at all times.

Looks great, have loved these videos! Currently working on an 1986, SJ410 myself. Wondering where you found info/specs/manuals that you may have used during your restoration! Any info greatly appreciated - do you run an Instagram page linked to the build?

@@Thisistherealtimsweeney Hey, thanks alot. I don't have an Instagram. As far as info I just had a Haynes manual but didn't really need it very much. There's alot of info online as they were very popular, between the Samurai, Sierra, and Jimny all around the world. On the video before this one I linked all the products I used fixing up this Samurai, you just gotta click "more" on the description. Thanks again.

@@Thisistherealtimsweeney The one I have here is more of a dark blue color. In yellow and white writing it says Suzuki Samurai/Sidekick/X-90 & Vitara, Geo & Chevrolet Tracker 1986-2001. Then in the upper right corner it has the number 90010.
