we actually used this on a one act play as a background music .....and the story of our play was also from a vocaloid MV...."story of evil" yep...I made the script and directed...and yeah! we got a perfect score!!! yay! very helpfull

+Bun-Bun Mento I might be thinking of a different song, but basicly the boy made a robot girl because he was lonely (a miracle), but he lacked the one thing that cant be made, a heart (kokoro). he spent his whole entire life working on a heart for her, but then he died. the robot girl didnt know of sorrow, or death, so she was wondering why the old man was crying as he walked to an old tree. she didnt see him again. then one day, she went to the tree and made a wish: to know what the scientist worked on his entire life. she was overcome with an odd feeling, and wondered why her tears wouldn't stop. then she went back to the tree and was happy, but then, amongst the red flowers beneath the tree, she saw the skeleton hand of the scientist. She started to cry again, because she realized that he was dead, and he had devoted his life to giving her a heart. Just then a wormhole opened up in the tree (to the past, when the scientist was dying by the tree) and the old scientist saw her, with a heart, crying because she had lost him. just at the last second, he jumped through the wormhole to the girl, restored to his original youthful age. they were together again, each with a heart, and they were happy. unfortunately, the heart was too heavy for the robot’s mechanical frame, so she passed away, with a smile on her face. she looked like an angel.

when i was in primary school it was allways like that but when i reached high school i found people with the same intrests as me. i guess it was really lucky. even though alot of people feel that vocaloid, anime and beautiful music like this are all "uncool" or "weird" theres allways the people that understand how you feel
Yeah one day I went to school and sang ''Circle You Circle You'' and I somehow got some kind of ''antichrist'' stamp (which is just plain wrong, Circle You Circle You is actually a very serious and sad song. People just can't seem to look past the ''creepy'' factor). I especially like how VOCALOID songs shift. Popular songs among teens are stiff and stay in one place, with a chorus part that never changes. They become repetitive. VOCALOID songs have a beginning, ending, and middle, like a story.
this is a nice song to listen to while you're falling a sleep. the melody is so nice, but if you're too awake while you listen to it, or too aware, you get reminded of the heartbreaking story of the song. makes me so sad... *sniff*

I hate when people put me down because of Vocaloid. Vocaloid and anime and manga are the only things that keep me happy, because it's what I like. And if people wanna put Vocaloid down, then they can get lost! I love everybody who understands that it's ok to like something that other people don't call normal. But to me, Vocaloid is normal. :)
Yeah, you're so right, I never realised that actually.... When you think about it, yeah, if you added the pop-ness to break-up songs, like the pop-ness in JBF, it would ruin the emotion but Vocaloid can do anything and anything they do sounds good!

I understand what you are all saying. For example, in one of my classes, I asked the teacher to play vocaloid songs. He did, and everyone but me, my friend, and my teacher began to LAUGH. They LAUGHED at my music. About ten minutes later, the teacher played gangnam style and everyone loved it! I really hate people sometimes.

Don't get me wrong. I love vocaloid more than most american music.
Though I don't listen to their music, i get it. they like that but it doesn't mean they should discourage me or others for liking what is outside the "norm". The best thing to is find friends who like the same things as you or atleast RESPECT what you like. i deal with the same problem with my brothers who make fun of me for liking vocaloid,i have my friends who like vocaloid to support me.

Oh yes, that's right. They just produce anything on drugs, sing it quickly and they get cash. That's the most important thing. Sure, there are also songs with a lot of meaning and effort, but in my oppinion, I like Vocaloid songs much more, they just sound completly different from other songs. That's it.

It's not an anime , but I believe there is a manga on the Vocaloids . It 's just a music box version of the original song Kokoro & Kokoro Kiseki by the Kagamine Twins- of the many Vocaloids - Which these 2 and 4 others belong to Crypton Future Media .

@ Hatsune Miku, fungirl2327, and OutstandingOlivia1: Finally people who understand just how I feel. I prefer Vocaloid, international music, and instrumentals myself. Even when I play Just Dance games with my family, I usually choose the songs that arent' in English, or kinda old (even if it's 90s).

Really? My grandma on my mother's side loves VOCALOID because of the philosophical lyrics and all the storytelling. Of course she's never listened to it directly, but sometimes I'll sing English versions for her.
I think ''chipmunk'' is a bad way to put it, because do modern teen pop artists sound any better? At least VOCALOID has some expression put into it.
