Some basic GTA PC Mods exist for over 15 years now and people still can't learn they're only for PC and ask the same foolish questions over and over.....that's why it's worth to spend more on a gaming PC vs a console, you ALWAYS get more in return !

Are you able to do this stuff with the PS4 version because o know you can get a mod menu if it’s jail broken but are you also able to do stuff like addon content replace things in the game like guns or cars since it’s possible on pc
