Hey Danny and Taylor. Thought a silent tour at first. That’s your longest preview yet. I’ve visited friends that stayed in a 3-bedroom Haven suite on the Gem. Was a stunning suite. Could imagine the Prima and Viva. The lounge and restaurant looks great as well as the loungers on the sun deck but I notice no umbrellas. Guess first come for the cabanas. The infinity edge pool is lovely. A sauna and ice room? Never been in an ice room. Now see some umbrellas as you pan out towards the end. An upper level too? Nice. I sooooo look forward to sailing on the Prima. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Hello - Thank you, great video, you guys do it best! Question about the Haven sundeck & restaurant outdoor areas. Is the lower sundeck (with the infinity pool) and outdoor area of the Haven Restaurant on the Prima 16+? I see that there are 2 levels to the sundeck and wonder if they made the upper level 16+ and the lower level accessible to all guests.
E A mentioned it and I'm curious as well about kiddos in all Haven areas. Part of the reason my wife and I cruise the Haven is the restriction to 16+ on the sundeck. Otherwise we'd just go back to the Vibe. We were just on the Getaway in June and this family of 4 with a 6 and 8 year old took up half the seats at the Haven bar. Sorry but kids don't need to be at the bar.
Great Review. Did they stop doing Haven Spa Suites? That is a great suite on the Breakaway with access to the spa. It doesn't look like there is a similar one on here, or Viva.
Hello, did you ever receive feedback on this question? We are also struggling to get a straight answer. Have a 12 and 14 year old and trying to get clarity on pool and sun deck access for floor 16 & 17.
@@SCboilermaker I keep hearing mixed messages, that kids are and are not allowed on 16. So I would not say I am not confident kids are allowed in the pool.
NCL made a good choice moving the Haven aft, BUT, a lot of people are complaining about the number of suites...it no longer has that "exclusive feel", the service is suffering and there really are just too many people in the Haven now...its like what 1st class used to be on airlines...slightly better then economy, now.
Currently we are not selling Carnival Cruises. Their support has not been sufficient to provide our customers the best possible experience, so for the time being we are not offering them to book through Harr Travel.
This Haven is very nice and all; however, it seems to take up such a huge chunk of the ship! If you are a non-Haven guest, you literally cannot access nearly 1/3 of the ship. It just seems that, for the non-Haven guests, the experience is going to be severely degraded. I’m not saying I oppose the “ship within a ship” concept but this more like a “50% of the ship for 5% and the other 50% of the ship for the low-life 95%” concept.
If you have been on anything more then 2 cruises then I would say stay away from the Prima. The layout on the boat isn't what you are used to and is just cramped. Yes a boat this size feels small real fast when you see the layout. There is very little privacy on the balcony that you have paid extra for. In the heaven it's no better. The menu in all of the restaurants on board never change. Even n the Heaven it's the same all week no matter what. Most if not all outside bars close at 6:30pm the Heaven bar closes at 10:30pm or 11 if there are people that just hang out. The sold out sign will hang over every restaurant and show the whole trip. Even having the Heaven can't fix that. Least not for us as we didn't pay off the concierge at the start of the trip. Seems like that's the way you get service. Long stay sorry but I would never sail this boat again and it has turned me off NCL. For the question I have been on 15 other cruises I'm not just trying to comp;ain but give you a little insight.

We have the Aft Owners suite with Bedroom and Large Balcony. Would love to see you tour that.

Are they still doing the same menu every day in the Haven or have they mixed it up?
Is this the only pool of the Haven on the Prima or there's an indoor one as well?

I actually think I’m in the minority when I say I don’t like the look of the Prima at all. I feel like I’m in an office building.
You are not. It looks sterile, and too dark inside. It feels like being in a cave.
Honestly this Haven kinda seems dark and drab and not as attractive as the breakaway havens. Almost gives off an ikea vibe.
It was a tougher one to film, but I will say it is gorgeous!!
