As for Terrence, he could take the form of one of the Nightmares, but not actually possess since the Nightmares are C.C.'s imagination/illusion disk endos. I guess Carson could be one of the many souls in Golden Freddy (due to how he looks as an angel), or just a normal angel, and then Michael could be the rotting corpse and CC is either Shadow/Golden Freddy or a soul.
