Oh no. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the buggy Dave. iCandy have a 5-year warranty on their products (www.icandyworld.com/en-ie/warranty) which can help in these situations. The retailer you purchased the buggy from can often help co-ordinate this with the supplier too.
I’ve had thesame experience too faulty wheels got off the phone with support today, I was told to send them an email. Hopefully this can be resolved as I’ve only been using it for 5months🤦🏽♀️

Is seat ok for larger toddlers as I’ve been advised my a friend that this seat unit is slightly bigger than the lime lifestyle seat unit thanks
