Hello Andrew, my view is that the only breakdown suffered by the Range-Rover on the CSR was 'self inflicted'. You repaired & stocked up with 'BritPart' items in Melbourne, so surely you fitted a 'BritPart' top hose before the CSR trip. So to me that is 'self inflicted' I'm surprised the 'BP' hoses lasted that long.
Must watch. Cool. Amazing. Interesting. Comradery. Outdoor. Offgrid. Trying maybe it will help with algorythm. Cannot beleive that I had to search than watch tiny home, van life youtubers to finally, semi accidentally find the offroad Attenborough.
Just finished watching all episodes back-to-back, fantastic!! Just a quick thought: How would one learn about all the finer details of driving like this, break down diagnostics etc.. without friends to teach you? it's very daunting thinking about going for a trip alone with no experience, very daunting indeed. Even a small trip.
I’m not a expert on cars… that’s why I pose the question… Would these cars not be perfect for the engineers to have a look and evaluate how they did, from a strictly structural point of view? 🤔 just wandering out loud …
Some manufacturers do test they products in conditions like these. Some do it just for publicity, And others do it quietly because they wish to build a better product. British car makes versus Japanese car makers in a nutshell.
Just finished watching all 4 episodes and this is the finale 🎉 Epilogue 👏
Thanks for reposting Andrew. Nice way to relieve the experience again.
This is superb stuff!! What. A. Series! Awesome editing and a fabulous story! Thank you all for this.
Its crazy how I still find this funny and enjoyable though I'm not watching all this for the first time 😂😂
watched it all this way just to see that smile on Gwynn's face.

The old Range Rover is still the best looking 4x4.

Leave the range rover for the real men.
