I just ordered this console from a Japanese store, my console was on display at a Nintendo store in Japan, so its pretty awesome to know that the very console that I am getting was on display in a official Nintendo store.
Probably its covered with thin scratches and fingerprints and maybe drifting analogs but okay :D

It's for people that want to play the games on the go without having to worry about battery too much. The design is also more comfortable for mobile play.
