Living in the midwest ( US ) our Spring weather is erratic - cold / hot , often the same day ! Like both of your classic , versatile , comfortable ,combos as they apply to our crazy weather - some lighter fabrics / colors & navy as a nice Spring substitute for black . 💙
@@cynthiajohnston424hi! I can very much relate to that here in the south. Also, I lived in Chicago for 8 years and that weather is the most extreme. Today our low is 36 and the high will be in the upper 60s if not low 70s. So we American girls have to be prepared for anything! Glad you like it.
@@BriLamberson Altho' living 3 hrs. south of Chicago , we often are influenced by the Lake Michigan " lake front " effect . Many years ago I lived in Wilmette & that one winter was brutal - aghhh ! @@cynthiajohnston424 yes, the Midwest is a very unique climate. So much can change so quickly in the weather. Glad to provide some good options for practical and stylish outfits! 💞
@@BriLamberson no I haven’t. I really love that you inspire me and others that looking fashionable doesn’t have to break the bank. I would love to see and have you do some Pinterest inspired looks. I think you could pull off any style.. vintage, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s Mod and bohemian style - I’m thinking Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac era)?? Will you consider it??
@@abbeolivarez6294 that means so much to me. Being budget conscious and a thrifter is a core value of mine and how I live my life. I have one video where I’ve done recreating Pinterest outfits and another where I’ve “recreated” the Vogue 7 days, 7 looks challenge. Have you seen those?
This is one of my favorite videos! Hearing your thought process is helpful. Look 5 especially stood out to me. I managed to create 12 outfits from my 10X10, which I was excited about!
Beautiful combinations!💐 I was reading an article about how the Americans version of Parisian fashion is blurred... I do see that in some ways, I feel that European and Latin American fashion is very similar, functional, stylish and unique pieces, years and years of wear pieces, they buy, we buy for the ages, they're treasures for us💐💜but what makes it special is the people and it's culture, I loved seeing you so joyous and your dance made me feel so happy to see you with a refreshing look at life specially after the changes you had as of lately, you make the looks special, as always best regards 🥀 Miss. Lilly 🥀 thank you for the effort and style you bring to fashion💐
Thanks, dear! I find that so fascinating. Do feel free to share the article here. Love that take on things. As always, I appreciate you. Thank you for your kind words and for always being here.
@BriLamberson I didn't save the article to be able to share, if I find I will come back to share, but I believe Vouge had a recent one that was very useful in regards to this subject, I love blogs still and read them all the time. Take care 💐
BRI!!! This has to be my favorite video of yours ever! And definitely my fave of your Parisian 10x10 capsules. I'm doing the challenge, and I can totally get 10 looks from my pieces, but it's feeling super basic to me this time. I'm going to try to incorporate the structure of your capsule into my wardrobe while maintaining my personal style. I took a screen shot of the video's cover displaying your 14 looks for reference, but I would LOVE a shot of that without the lettering if that's possible. Love you beautiful girl. ♥
You are the sweetest, Jacqueline! That means more to me than you know. But maybe you know 😉 This go around has definitely been eye opening for me. There so many capsule wardrobe lessons here. Hoping to expand on this. Glad it’s helpful in your journey too. I’m loving all of your PS10x10 looks. 💞🇫🇷 Keep up the good work and I’ll share that slide with you in DMs on insta. Loved the video. Your second look with the black vest is very Annie Hall (I am dating myself 😂)
Not at all! In part one from last week, I mentioned that very movie. Hehe. Diane is a huge source of inspiration for me. 💞
