If the beneficiary is approved but the beneficiary is outside of the U.S. she was supposed to be interviewed but the petitioner died. She was supposed to be interview but due to covid the embassy was closed.

Me too. Where you able to find help in this manner. My father was principal on u visa / I was derivative. We all got binefide pre-approval and then my father died. Is there any hope got my application on a pre-approved bonefide c14 status ??
