Forgive me, but It's a shame for me to read such things about SOS, which is one of the most beautiful and emotional songs there is, superbly performed. For many of us it will forever remain one of Dimash's favorite and most precious songs, if not THE favorite. And I think that it is not less special to Dimash himself. It is not "nothing" compared to anything! Yes, Dimash is amazing in everything he does and his skills know no limits, but to put SOS and nothing in one sentence, regardless of the intention - it's just every time I see this I am amazed over and over again at the way people choose to express themselves.

He was 22 during this performance is is now 26 and his voice is even fuller, richer and more powerful, if you can believe that. Also, judging from this, for some reason, I thought he was short. He has something different too in his personnality.. this angelic presence ... any of his song is different. We just listen to Dimash no need to try to understand... just enhoy abd be peaceful ;)!

He really is called the best voice in the world. He is 22 here but turned 26 on May 24, 2020. He speaks Kazakh, his native tongue and Russian fluently, Mandarin conversationally and English ok but he is still learning English and Mandarin. He plays 8 instruments. He has 2 music degrees and working on a 3rd. His mother is a professional opera singer and his father was a pop singer, composer and lyricist. He is now Dimash's manager. Dimash has perfect pitch and started taking classical singing and piano lessons when he was 5. I believe there are 2 men with a higher octave range than Dimash. One is about an 8 and the other a 10 but neither has the capability that Dimash has of utilizing their voices the way he can. He can wring every nuance from every note. He sings with his fingers, hands, his eyes, his body. He has full control of his stage and audience. He is quite a rare find whether for a male or female. A unicorn you might say. I hope you keep on enjoying him. I don't know any other singer whose audience learns songs phonetically so they can sing along at concerts in 4 different languages. That is the usual...though sometimes Italian gets thrown in for a song.
The first time I saw Dimash, was by a friend who send me the video. He sends me often videos with talented people so I started watching the video casually. At the end of the video I was so shocked that I watched it 5 times in a row just to believe what I heard. Needless to say I became instantly a fan 😁

Forgive me, but It's a shame for me to read such things about SOS, which is one of the most beautiful and emotional songs there is, superbly performed. For many of us it will forever remain one of Dimash's favorite and most precious songs, if not THE favorite. And I think that it is not less special to Dimash himself. It is not "nothing" compared to anything! Yes, Dimash is amazing in everything he does and his skills know no limits, but to put SOS and nothing in one sentence, regardless of the intention - it's just every time I see this I am amazed over and over again at the way people choose to express themselves.

He really is called the best voice in the world. He is 22 here but turned 26 on May 24, 2020. He speaks Kazakh, his native tongue and Russian fluently, Mandarin conversationally and English ok but he is still learning English and Mandarin. He plays 8 instruments. He has 2 music degrees and working on a 3rd. His mother is a professional opera singer and his father was a pop singer, composer and lyricist. He is now Dimash's manager. Dimash has perfect pitch and started taking classical singing and piano lessons when he was 5. I believe there are 2 men with a higher octave range than Dimash. One is about an 8 and the other a 10 but neither has the capability that Dimash has of utilizing their voices the way he can. He can wring every nuance from every note. He sings with his fingers, hands, his eyes, his body. He has full control of his stage and audience. He is quite a rare find whether for a male or female. A unicorn you might say. I hope you keep on enjoying him. I don't know any other singer whose audience learns songs phonetically so they can sing along at concerts in 4 different languages. That is the usual...though sometimes Italian gets thrown in for a song.

The first time I saw Dimash, was by a friend who send me the video. He sends me often videos with talented people so I started watching the video casually. At the end of the video I was so shocked that I watched it 5 times in a row just to believe what I heard. Needless to say I became instantly a fan 😁

This is so right. I still remember the moment I heard Dimash with SOS. It was a random UA-cam suggestion which said "best singer in the world" and I thought, why not. And then I was exactly like her. Brain freeze, speechless and then greedy for more. There is literally a life before Dimash and a life after being introduced to the one and only Dimash. We are all blessed.🥰
