I LOVE USING VENTI AND KAZUHA TOGETHER!!!! I literally have a team called "low effort" which consists of venti, kazuha and whoever I want in the middle. They're my favorite characters to play

I also want Kazuha but that doesn't mean that I can't pull Venti, and since he is nowhere to be seen I'll get the drunken bard now and worry about Kazuha later. As someone who was lucky enough to win the 50/50 on Kazuha the first day he dropped back in 1.6 (decided to skip Klee at 72 pity, Kazuha came home at 78) I still hunted for Venti even after that. Got him on my alt, realised I wanted him on my main, but lost the 50/50 in 1.4 and in 2.6. won it in 3.0 though, really happy now
My first ever 5* character Venti helped me tremendously in exploration and making small mob battle a walk in the park! Good luck to all Venti wanters he's a valueable unit and also a wholesome cutie travelling companion too especially in his dialogues!
As a venti main who also got him as my first five star I absolutely agree. I'm just about friendship level 10 with him now and he's been an absolute sweetheart the entire time, I can't recommend him enough
SEVY THAT TITLE Thankfully I won my 50/50 for Venti on his first rerun, and he really improved my account’s damage and exploration capabilities. I used to run him with my Diluc vaporize comp, until I got C2 and suddenly needed Zhongli’s shield to protect him & let him maintain his Serpent Spine buff. But as soon as I got Ayaka, Venti has had a permanent home with her freeze team since Ayaka can still hit guys stuck in Venti’s burst
Yep at this point your channel is the only one worth checking for guides imo. Every video I watch I always leave with the feeling that you didn’t try to waste my time by dragging the video out
Itto, Bennett, Venti, Zhongli. - Venti can group the enemies together so Itto doesn't have to chase them around while in his burst. One swing for every enemy instead of killing them one at a time. - Venti could be given Favonius Warbow to additionally support Itto's energy recharge. Stringless is definitely the best choice if Itto ends up not having long time gaps between bursts without it. - Itto's burst can reach the enemies in the vortex. - Bennett for pyro infusion, atk amplification and healing, plus Venti's passive would give Bennett more energy, almost completely solving his energy gaps. - Zhongli for geo resonance, shield, petrification, weakens geo resistance, protects characters between Bennett’s bursts, mobile protection when stepping away from Bennett’s field, because he's sexy.
I use this but instead of Bennett it's Gorou with 4pc Noblesse. For healing, there's Gorou c4 which heals not that much but you won't need to heal when Itto already demolished the enemies :)
The Morgana team is so overpowered. Ganyu's burst's ice spikes have this properity called "quadratic scaling", basically meaning the more enemies close together you'll see bigger dmg numbers and Venti's burst with Ganyu's burst are perfect together for this scaling. Ayato seems to have the same burst as Ganyu, but hydro, so Ayato and Venti would also slap well together, or even better if you use Venti, Ayato, Ganyu and Mona burst at the same time! OMG!!! THE NUMBERS AND AOE WOULD INSANE!!!
Indeed. Do keep in mind tho that the only character that has true quadratic scaling is Tartaglia. Ganyu's quadratic scaling is only limited to 5 enemies.
oh boy, I'm guaranteed Venti in a few pulls. I'll put him with Kokomi and Ganyu and I intend to put Ayaka in the team too. Overkill freeze is what I hope for.
nice!! I think mono cryo is also cool XD currently one of my main teams is ayaka ganyu kazuha diona. I tried with mona instead of ganyu and it was....surprisingly underwhelming (shes not well built granted). that being said, I have kokomi but I use her as main dps in the other side, so your freeze idea must work better than mine XD
I honestly don't know why people say he's powercrept. Like I get it, Kazuha is better than him in many situations, but Venti does an amazing job and sometimes better than kazuha depending on the team and enemies. in a taser team sucrose is usually the best option, are people going to start saying kazuha is powercreeped by sucrose? I don't think so lmao. Conclusion: Just play whatever you want and what you truly enjoy, if you put enough effort in that character sooner or later it'll do enough damage to complete the abyss with them.

Remember everyone: Kazuha did not power-creep Venti,both are used in different scenarios and it just so happens that right after Kazuha drooped most of the strong enemies are "Kazuha’s type" and Venti doesn’t do that well against them but Venti isn’t bad nor power-crept
Venti is the reason i started playing the game tbh so getting him is a must! i’m planning on putting him alongside raiden, diona (c6) & bennett for overload reactions
The week I Obtained Venti during his first rerun my best spiral abyss was 31* after months of trying. A week later I got 36* with relatively minimal effort. Truly fantastic character who is fun to play in a variety of teams and great for exploration too!

Positioning is what I’ve been saying about his burst for some time now, glad you brought it up. It might not be able to CC certain things, but if you just learn positioning it can still do a ton of work for you.
my favorite venti team by far is freeze team with ayaka. i love how she can hit the monsters in his burst with her charged attacks and, of course, shred right hrough them with her burst

I don't know why I'm so hyped about Venti, I'm pretty sure I've watched a wide variety of creators just explaining why he's a must pull, a must not pull, venti guide, c6, c0 and a lot more. I'm AR59, and i don't really have the need to like watch certain people tell me not to pull or why Kazuha is better, but i dunno, I'm too excited i guessm
thanks for illustrating how much damage venti's burst actually does! i havent seen any others do so and this helped me realize how broken he (still) is. the section on team comps was also super helpful >< can't wait to try out the overload comp since i also main yoimiya and i have raiden :'D
I'd like to mention the semi afk team. Venti, YaeMiko, Albedo, Diona. Albedo and Diona can boost EM for team which is useful for Yae totem damage and for the swirl. Yae can 100% AOE(!) hit everyone within Venti ult with normal, charged, elemental and burst. Same for Albedo flower hits and Q afterhits. Diona is useful not only for shield and battery and heal and EM boost but also beacuse electro and cryo can remove any elemental shields. This team excels against light enemies but also deals enough damage to get 36* in the abyss
I love Venti, I've had him since Day 1 basically and he's helped me in almost every abyss run for the Inazuma I also have Kazuha, and I've had HIM C1 since Day 1 and plan to get him C2. I enjoy using them both on either sides of Abyss and they make the game so much smoother
I'm just about finished farming for his materials to ascend/level and talents, all that's left is artifacts; thanks for this guide! Now I know I don't necessarily need to go full EM since I'm going for perma freeze comps mostly
Just one note, I noticed a few clips of hydro infused ult, in case you didnt know Hydro Swirl does no damage! So in most cases its better to swirl the other elements first.

He was my first 5 star and I still use him to this day, personally I just find myself putting him on my second team in abyss on the first floors not worrying much about team synergy

running venti in a team with jean is very good as well because her charged attack can help reduce the weight of heavy enemies who wouldnt normally be affected by CC

I've been waiting for Venti for so long since Sayu is the only Anemo Character I've got. This sucks because I don't think my Primogems are enough for Ayato and him. 😓😑😭

@@llenivra2ty I got zhongli from the banner but I want Ayaka next banner, 37 pity and 32 wishes. Im pretty sure the events will give alot of primogems, just praying though. The problem is that even if I have enough primos, It is a 50/50 😭
Venti's ICD makes it so his burst can only proc swirl 8 time in the 20 anemo hits, and I think that's the same for the other element. I would recommend running a crit build or a hybrid, full EM would do less damage. I run a hybrid build that focuses on crit, but with stringless to increase both skill and burst damage, plus EM for his reactions.
@@muhammaddayyaan8886 I just tested it again and a hybrid build is the slightest little bit better than a full EM build. I tested on floor 12 with Venti, Yae, and Kokomi so Venti would swirl both elements. Em build was 800 EM with 1.2k Atk. Hybrid was 55/140 crit, 1.6k Atk, 226 EM. Both were full VV sets with the exact same teammates. I would say that both builds are very equal because I could have just hit lots of crits, but I'd still run a hybrid since that does more single target than EM would.
The full Em build outdamages the crt build by quite a bit, you'd need god roll artifacts to deal more dmg, but it has some drawbacks. Firstly it is a high floor low ceiling build meaning after you got all 3 Em mainstats you can't do a lot to increase his dmg. Then it will deal way less dmg in situations where you can't infuse, single target situations and when your Q is infused with hydro. Venti with cons also favors the crt build. And the last thing to consider is, that the Em build has very weak E dmg, which might be anmoying in the open world or some abyss chambers.
@@Doki_LP I love his skill, it puts out around 15k if he isn't buffed by anything. And yeah, I have pretty good stats on my Venti so that's what I'm comparing to. My hybrid does more than my full EM, but it did take a long time to get them. If you want to quickly build Venti then EM is great, but if you want him to be the best he can be then a Hybrid would be the best for him.
@@Doki_LP You don't actually need god rolls like people say, my Hybrid does more than EM and I only have 8 crit damage rolls and 5 crit rate rolls. If you get 3 crit rolls on every piece, and maybe an extra roll then crit is better.
He used to be 5/5 and despite a lot of nerf as more enemy is being less affected by his god-tier CC he is still 4/5 as 15 energy refund, VV and DPS is very valuable, making him very flexible in team building Btw I really appreciate the number of team templates you showcase, as most people only care or show the meta build like Morgana. That would help a lot for new or inexperienced player or just inspire people to experiment and try more team, I find that to be one of the most fun thing to do
Finnnnneeeeee I'll get Venti! I've never really cared about him, mostly because I love everything about Kazuha (who I don't have) and I've been holding out for him. But that burst swirl... I'm a sucker for things that make a LOT of numbers pop up. Doesn't matter if it's strong or not, more numbers = more fun!
This was super helpful! Venti was the first character I really wanted but I joined right after his second banner... so I'm very hyped for this rerun! I've got both Stringless and the Skyward Harp, and I was planning to make him a support with Stringless and EM, but then Xiao's new artifacts wre announced, which means I can just move my ADC Viridescents to Venti. Thinking about doing that and making him a dps with the Skyward...
Ive had Venti since his original banner and Ive run him on 4pc exile with the favonius warbow as a CC and energy bot >.< i eventually got a stringless bow ( i didnt have one for forever ) so now my stringless is on venti and my favonius warbow is on Gorou >.< Note: i do put a 4 pc VV set on him when i use him on a reactions based team Venti is very f2p friendly and cheap to build however you want to use him 😁
Not me skipping Ayato to get c2 DPS Venti for the sweet anemo shred. Ehe. Okay, here are some fun team comps from an ADC Venti main. Note that most of them aren't for meta/abyss purposes, but just to be a gremlin. 1. Archon team: Raiden, Venti, Zhongli, Benny just to feel like a GOD. Alt: Kazuha instead of Benny for double swirlies. Raiden's E synergizes so well with Venti, giving him electro infusion and burst buff. For unsuckable characters, you can just musou them with the swirl. You'll see the old man besties together in most of my teams since Zhongli can shred anemo resistance and keep Venti alive 2. Kamikaze: Xiao, Benny, Venti, Zhongli. Yes, you'll want Jean or Sucrose better for Xiao's battery. Yes, Xiao can't hit the vortex with plunges (he can jump and hit E tho!). But this team's still good especially if your Venti is an ADC 2p glad build. Venti kills the little guys, Xiao kills the big guys. I love this one for weekly bosses and floors 9-10 3. Mountain destroyers: Venti, Albedo, Zhongli, flex. My option for Sevy's geo team. Albedo's isotoma gets triggered by Venti's Q, and he can boost Venti's EM with his Q. These are better options for exploration. Now here are the variations: 3.1 Electro semi-AFK: Yae Miko or Fischl as the flex. Just set everyone's shit up, throw ultis when they're up, everyone is dead. I LOVE this one 3.2 Allergies: Diona as the flex. She infuses Venti's ult so easily with her E. And if she's c6, combine her and Albedo's ults before Venti's Q to make his EM truly disgusting 3.3 Absolute verticality: Kazuha as the flex. The problem is that there won't be reactions except from whatever Kazuha picks from the environment. Better for a DPS ADC/hybrid Kazuha main with Venti as battery/sub, and geo resonance. Warning: you won't see SHIT 4. Two alcoholic men and an cat (who hates it): Venti, Kazuha, Diona, flex. Combination of 3.2 and 3.3. Solves the problem of no element to swirl. C6 Diona is god tier EM support for both anemo boys 5. Air conditioning: Ayaka, Venti, Kazuha, Zhongli/Diona. Kazuha increases cryo dmg. Then use Venti Q > Ayaka Q > THE CLUSTERFUCKS. Mwah, chef's kiss. I think Ayaka can be replaced by Ganyu but it's less of a washing machine abomination 6. Anemo go brrrrr: Xiao, Venti, Kazuha, Sayu/Zhongli. My ultimate comfort farming team. Yes, it's mono anemo, deal with it. Saves stamina for climbing (Xiao), gliding (Venti), and sprinting (Kazuha). Sayu for rolling around and critter farming and heals for Xiao. Can be replaced by Zhongli if you want to farm ore I hope this helps someone! True that I need more f2p friendly teams to try, but a lot of 4* are more focused on melee or Sevy has already covered them in the video
I was hoping to be a free to play player, but I wanted venti so much that I ended up paying for him and I don’t regret it, he is one of my favorite characters. My favorite team is: Noelle, Sucrose, Venti and Albedo. Noelle is super tanky and I use her as my main DPS, albedo is a great geo battery for her. Sucrose and Venti take care of the mobs. And the anemo resonance they give to the team is very good 🙂 Thank you very much for your videos! I really appreciate them! 😄
The fact that I thought of the morgana team before I knew it was a thing XD I plan to use Venti in multiple team comps so I'm very excited for his rerun. May Venti wanters become Venti havers! Same with Ayato and Ayaka wanters.
ok, after actually finishing the video this is very informative! I’ve had Venti since I started the game during 1.4 - he came home on my 30th wish on the event banner before I even knew how pity worked lol - but his build has been in limbo for a bit while I’ve been focusing on Kazuha. Two kind of specific questions I had about him which the video didn’t really get into: - How does a “hybrid” Venti (aka ADC with an EM sands) compare to his ADC and full EM builds? I’ve had bad VV luck and I only ever get EM sands, no circlets or goblets, and I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons of using an attack sands versus an EM one alongside his anemo% cup and crit circlet. Does splitting his main stats just yield diminishing returns? - How much value does elegy have in a freeze team, where EM is kind of a dead stat on the other party members but atk% is highly valued? I have it at r2 (thanks homa banner) and stringless at r4, and I can never quite figure out which I prefer using on him. I mainly use him with Ganyu-Kokomi freeze and Kokomi-Beidou taser.
Im gonna pull for him I wanted him so Bad since I joined Genshin (end of 1.4) so yeah I will pull and if he Comes for his 4th banner then im trying the C1

I guess using crit build on geo centric team doesn't requires full VV set, then put random artifact like 2pc+2pc gladi shime should be good for him to deals damage in geo team
I'm hoping to get both Venti and Ayato. Ayato became my priority to get after I failed to get Yae Miko. If I don't get Venti, I won't be so worried though. I already have Jean (sunfire) and Sucrose built for my teams so missing Venti won't be too painful.
I'm definitely planning on pulling for Venti on his upcoming rerun! I've even prepared most of his materials and an okay-ish artifact set for him, and leveled his weapon all the way to 90. Soon my overworld/exploration team is gonna consist of three Archons + Yanfei >:) I'd like to try him out in the Spiral Abyss at some point, I just can't figure out right now what team I want to put him in. To be entirely honest though, I haven't even bothered with floor 11 yet...
My Venti build is EM ANEMO EM, 24.8 crit rate 50 Crit damage Elegy 222 ER 585 overall EM 1-8-9 talents level 90(ofc) I'm ok with it as long as it kills small enemies 😅
I like Opera GX but all my data is in Chrome. Btw good guides, I prefer your guides because you keep updating it frequently and they are dynamic unlike all other websites or channels that show a perticular build, which after a while gets confusing or annoying, because not everytime you want to create your own meta or guess the meta. Excluding the fact that some demains are specifically opened for a character but look at units like xinagling so yeah...
I noticed a few people saying that Venti doesnt pull specters into his burst. Just double-checked and he 100% does. I know when some of the Inazuma enemies were first released his burst didn't pull them in but they changed it in an update at some point. He even pulls in kairagi now (doesn't lift them in the air like with smaller enemies but does slowly group them together)
God I can barely wait. 4 more days only!!!! After way too many months.... I'm still debating which teams to use BUT I have some ideas: 1- venti kazuha xingqiu kokomi (I love mono hydro and this has 3 of my faves) 2- ec with clam barbara (I love barbs and I just have the urge to use her with venti) 3- similar to this ^ but adding a cryo for superconduct 4- barbara venti bennett + idk who (my barbara is currently doing 71k charged in the open world and i want to use her in the abyss. since next abyss is cc and I'll have venti this is the perfect opportunity) 5- I'll attempt morgana since I have everyone else. I tried playing it in my friend's account but it was....tricky XDD I'll need practice I also want to use venti as main dps, so lets see how it will go

I use this but instead of Bennett it's Gorou with 4pc Noblesse. For healing, there's Gorou c4 which heals not that much but you won't need to heal when Itto already demolished the enemies :)
The Morgana team is so overpowered. Ganyu's burst's ice spikes have this properity called "quadratic scaling", basically meaning the more enemies close together you'll see bigger dmg numbers and Venti's burst with Ganyu's burst are perfect together for this scaling. Ayato seems to have the same burst as Ganyu, but hydro, so Ayato and Venti would also slap well together, or even better if you use Venti, Ayato, Ganyu and Mona burst at the same time! OMG!!! THE NUMBERS AND AOE WOULD INSANE!!!

Indeed. Do keep in mind tho that the only character that has true quadratic scaling is Tartaglia. Ganyu's quadratic scaling is only limited to 5 enemies.

I tried with mona instead of ganyu and it was....surprisingly underwhelming (shes not well built granted). that being said, I have kokomi but I use her as main dps in the other side, so your freeze idea must work better than mine XD

I honestly don't know why people say he's powercrept. Like I get it, Kazuha is better than him in many situations, but Venti does an amazing job and sometimes better than kazuha depending on the team and enemies. in a taser team sucrose is usually the best option, are people going to start saying kazuha is powercreeped by sucrose? I don't think so lmao. Conclusion: Just play whatever you want and what you truly enjoy, if you put enough effort in that character sooner or later it'll do enough damage to complete the abyss with them.
As kazuha rerun is near, people do wanna know whom to select for their account, as both of their roles are bit of similar.

Remember everyone:
Kazuha did not power-creep Venti,both are used in different scenarios and it just so happens that right after Kazuha drooped most of the strong enemies are "Kazuha’s type" and Venti doesn’t do that well against them but Venti isn’t bad nor power-crept
Venti is the reason i started playing the game tbh so getting him is a must! i’m planning on putting him alongside raiden, diona (c6) & bennett for overload reactions
The week I Obtained Venti during his first rerun my best spiral abyss was 31* after months of trying. A week later I got 36* with relatively minimal effort. Truly fantastic character who is fun to play in a variety of teams and great for exploration too!

Positioning is what I’ve been saying about his burst for some time now, glad you brought it up. It might not be able to CC certain things, but if you just learn positioning it can still do a ton of work for you.
my favorite venti team by far is freeze team with ayaka. i love how she can hit the monsters in his burst with her charged attacks and, of course, shred right hrough them with her burst

I'd like to mention the semi afk team. Venti, YaeMiko, Albedo, Diona. Albedo and Diona can boost EM for team which is useful for Yae totem damage and for the swirl. Yae can 100% AOE(!) hit everyone within Venti ult with normal, charged, elemental and burst. Same for Albedo flower hits and Q afterhits. Diona is useful not only for shield and battery and heal and EM boost but also beacuse electro and cryo can remove any elemental shields.
This team excels against light enemies but also deals enough damage to get 36* in the abyss
I love Venti, I've had him since Day 1 basically and he's helped me in almost every abyss run for the Inazuma
I also have Kazuha, and I've had HIM C1 since Day 1 and plan to get him C2.
I enjoy using them both on either sides of Abyss and they make the game so much smoother
I'm just about finished farming for his materials to ascend/level and talents, all that's left is artifacts; thanks for this guide! Now I know I don't necessarily need to go full EM since I'm going for perma freeze comps mostly
Swirl doesn't crit so building crit can be useless unless you r auto attacking

Just one note, I noticed a few clips of hydro infused ult, in case you didnt know Hydro Swirl does no damage! So in most cases its better to swirl the other elements first.

running venti in a team with jean is very good as well because her charged attack can help reduce the weight of heavy enemies who wouldnt normally be affected by CC

I've been waiting for Venti for so long since Sayu is the only Anemo Character I've got. This sucks because I don't think my Primogems are enough for Ayato and him. 😓😑😭

I'm going to try and get venti because I have ganyu and the grouping would make ganyus damage so much better and it'd be awesome
Venti's ICD makes it so his burst can only proc swirl 8 time in the 20 anemo hits, and I think that's the same for the other element. I would recommend running a crit build or a hybrid, full EM would do less damage.
I run a hybrid build that focuses on crit, but with stringless to increase both skill and burst damage, plus EM for his reactions.
I think a full em build still out damages a crit/hybrid build unless you have pretty high investment. People have tested both builds yk
@@muhammaddayyaan8886 I just tested it again and a hybrid build is the slightest little bit better than a full EM build. I tested on floor 12 with Venti, Yae, and Kokomi so Venti would swirl both elements.
Em build was 800 EM with 1.2k Atk.
Hybrid was 55/140 crit, 1.6k Atk, 226 EM.
Both were full VV sets with the exact same teammates.
I would say that both builds are very equal because I could have just hit lots of crits, but I'd still run a hybrid since that does more single target than EM would.
The full Em build outdamages the crt build by quite a bit, you'd need god roll artifacts to deal more dmg, but it has some drawbacks. Firstly it is a high floor low ceiling build meaning after you got all 3 Em mainstats you can't do a lot to increase his dmg. Then it will deal way less dmg in situations where you can't infuse, single target situations and when your Q is infused with hydro. Venti with cons also favors the crt build. And the last thing to consider is, that the Em build has very weak E dmg, which might be anmoying in the open world or some abyss chambers.
@@Doki_LP I love his skill, it puts out around 15k if he isn't buffed by anything.
And yeah, I have pretty good stats on my Venti so that's what I'm comparing to.
My hybrid does more than my full EM, but it did take a long time to get them.
If you want to quickly build Venti then EM is great, but if you want him to be the best he can be then a Hybrid would be the best for him.
@@Doki_LP You don't actually need god rolls like people say, my Hybrid does more than EM and I only have 8 crit damage rolls and 5 crit rate rolls. If you get 3 crit rolls on every piece, and maybe an extra roll then crit is better.

He used to be 5/5 and despite a lot of nerf as more enemy is being less affected by his god-tier CC he is still 4/5 as 15 energy refund, VV and DPS is very valuable, making him very flexible in team building
Btw I really appreciate the number of team templates you showcase, as most people only care or show the meta build like Morgana. That would help a lot for new or inexperienced player or just inspire people to experiment and try more team, I find that to be one of the most fun thing to do

I've never really cared about him, mostly because I love everything about Kazuha (who I don't have) and I've been holding out for him.
But that burst swirl... I'm a sucker for things that make a LOT of numbers pop up. Doesn't matter if it's strong or not, more numbers = more fun!

I've got both Stringless and the Skyward Harp, and I was planning to make him a support with Stringless and EM, but then Xiao's new artifacts wre announced, which means I can just move my ADC Viridescents to Venti. Thinking about doing that and making him a dps with the Skyward...
Ive had Venti since his original banner and Ive run him on 4pc exile with the favonius warbow as a CC and energy bot >.< i eventually got a stringless bow ( i didnt have one for forever ) so now my stringless is on venti and my favonius warbow is on Gorou >.<
Note: i do put a 4 pc VV set on him when i use him on a reactions based team
Venti is very f2p friendly and cheap to build however you want to use him 😁

Not me skipping Ayato to get c2 DPS Venti for the sweet anemo shred. Ehe.
Okay, here are some fun team comps from an ADC Venti main. Note that most of them aren't for meta/abyss purposes, but just to be a gremlin.
1. Archon team: Raiden, Venti, Zhongli, Benny just to feel like a GOD. Alt: Kazuha instead of Benny for double swirlies. Raiden's E synergizes so well with Venti, giving him electro infusion and burst buff. For unsuckable characters, you can just musou them with the swirl. You'll see the old man besties together in most of my teams since Zhongli can shred anemo resistance and keep Venti alive
2. Kamikaze: Xiao, Benny, Venti, Zhongli. Yes, you'll want Jean or Sucrose better for Xiao's battery. Yes, Xiao can't hit the vortex with plunges (he can jump and hit E tho!). But this team's still good especially if your Venti is an ADC 2p glad build. Venti kills the little guys, Xiao kills the big guys. I love this one for weekly bosses and floors 9-10
3. Mountain destroyers: Venti, Albedo, Zhongli, flex. My option for Sevy's geo team. Albedo's isotoma gets triggered by Venti's Q, and he can boost Venti's EM with his Q. These are better options for exploration. Now here are the variations:
3.1 Electro semi-AFK: Yae Miko or Fischl as the flex. Just set everyone's shit up, throw ultis when they're up, everyone is dead. I LOVE this one
3.2 Allergies: Diona as the flex. She infuses Venti's ult so easily with her E. And if she's c6, combine her and Albedo's ults before Venti's Q to make his EM truly disgusting
3.3 Absolute verticality: Kazuha as the flex. The problem is that there won't be reactions except from whatever Kazuha picks from the environment. Better for a DPS ADC/hybrid Kazuha main with Venti as battery/sub, and geo resonance. Warning: you won't see SHIT
4. Two alcoholic men and an cat (who hates it): Venti, Kazuha, Diona, flex. Combination of 3.2 and 3.3. Solves the problem of no element to swirl. C6 Diona is god tier EM support for both anemo boys
5. Air conditioning: Ayaka, Venti, Kazuha, Zhongli/Diona. Kazuha increases cryo dmg. Then use Venti Q > Ayaka Q > THE CLUSTERFUCKS. Mwah, chef's kiss. I think Ayaka can be replaced by Ganyu but it's less of a washing machine abomination
6. Anemo go brrrrr: Xiao, Venti, Kazuha, Sayu/Zhongli. My ultimate comfort farming team. Yes, it's mono anemo, deal with it. Saves stamina for climbing (Xiao), gliding (Venti), and sprinting (Kazuha). Sayu for rolling around and critter farming and heals for Xiao. Can be replaced by Zhongli if you want to farm ore
I hope this helps someone! True that I need more f2p friendly teams to try, but a lot of 4* are more focused on melee or Sevy has already covered them in the video
I was hoping to be a free to play player, but I wanted venti so much that I ended up paying for him and I don’t regret it, he is one of my favorite characters.
My favorite team is: Noelle, Sucrose, Venti and Albedo.
Noelle is super tanky and I use her as my main DPS, albedo is a great geo battery for her.
Sucrose and Venti take care of the mobs. And the anemo resonance they give to the team is very good 🙂

ok, after actually finishing the video this is very informative! I’ve had Venti since I started the game during 1.4 - he came home on my 30th wish on the event banner before I even knew how pity worked lol - but his build has been in limbo for a bit while I’ve been focusing on Kazuha.
Two kind of specific questions I had about him which the video didn’t really get into:
- How does a “hybrid” Venti (aka ADC with an EM sands) compare to his ADC and full EM builds? I’ve had bad VV luck and I only ever get EM sands, no circlets or goblets, and I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons of using an attack sands versus an EM one alongside his anemo% cup and crit circlet. Does splitting his main stats just yield diminishing returns?
- How much value does elegy have in a freeze team, where EM is kind of a dead stat on the other party members but atk% is highly valued? I have it at r2 (thanks homa banner) and stringless at r4, and I can never quite figure out which I prefer using on him. I mainly use him with Ganyu-Kokomi freeze and Kokomi-Beidou taser.
Im gonna pull for him I wanted him so Bad since I joined Genshin (end of 1.4) so yeah I will pull and if he Comes for his 4th banner then im trying the C1

I'm hoping to get both Venti and Ayato. Ayato became my priority to get after I failed to get Yae Miko. If I don't get Venti, I won't be so worried though. I already have Jean (sunfire) and Sucrose built for my teams so missing Venti won't be too painful.

I'm definitely planning on pulling for Venti on his upcoming rerun! I've even prepared most of his materials and an okay-ish artifact set for him, and leveled his weapon all the way to 90. Soon my overworld/exploration team is gonna consist of three Archons + Yanfei >:)

I like Opera GX but all my data is in Chrome. Btw good guides, I prefer your guides because you keep updating it frequently and they are dynamic unlike all other websites or channels that show a perticular build, which after a while gets confusing or annoying, because not everytime you want to create your own meta or guess the meta. Excluding the fact that some demains are specifically opened for a character but look at units like xinagling so yeah...

I noticed a few people saying that Venti doesnt pull specters into his burst. Just double-checked and he 100% does. I know when some of the Inazuma enemies were first released his burst didn't pull them in but they changed it in an update at some point. He even pulls in kairagi now (doesn't lift them in the air like with smaller enemies but does slowly group them together)
God I can barely wait. 4 more days only!!!! After way too many months....
I'm still debating which teams to use BUT I have some ideas:
1- venti kazuha xingqiu kokomi (I love mono hydro and this has 3 of my faves)
2- ec with clam barbara (I love barbs and I just have the urge to use her with venti)
3- similar to this ^ but adding a cryo for superconduct
4- barbara venti bennett + idk who (my barbara is currently doing 71k charged in the open world and i want to use her in the abyss. since next abyss is cc and I'll have venti this is the perfect opportunity)
5- I'll attempt morgana since I have everyone else. I tried playing it in my friend's account but it was....tricky XDD I'll need practice
I also want to use venti as main dps, so lets see how it will go
