    Honestly, it's not the "going outside" so much as the "engaging your brain in something else" part that's important. It can still be something indoors, but it helps when it's a different location than just in front of the monitor/TV. That way, you don't fall into the usual behaviors you have when in that physical position. By changing location, you're disconnecting from the usual "ritual" of gaming.
    Even just sitting up in bed and reading is different enough to give the brain a reset. And if you end up dozing off while in bed, then that's also a good thing. It means you needed more physical rest than you thought.

    Well cut video great outlook on the issue. sadly I can't go outside, or be social, easily or at all. I'm not going to dump anything here about that. Towards the ending of the video you had some things that I'm going to need to give a try.
