For her to be full sister she need to be born from kazuni as well but kazumi died when kazuya was 5 and if i remember correctly reina is even younger than jin even though she is his aunt

Actually we don't know if Reina is Kazuya's full sister. Reina could've been another of Kazumi's kids.
