I thought that Denmark would win, but at the same time I did not write off Spain because I recalled their comeback against Sweden from before. The last 25min of the game were very entertaining and Denmark played so well, too. Great match all around.

Lucia Garcia's one touch, before shooting, opened the angle to slot it home. Such composure to take that touch with a goalie charging out and a defender on her shoulder. I've been so impressed with her at Manchester United this season, her huge showing in the FA Cup final vs Spurs was brilliant. She has a footballer's mind no doubt. Can't wait to see her in action in the upcoming season!
I think her best position is as CF. The problem is most of the time, she plays as RW.

Andalucía, Extremadura and Aragón are especially hellish, with average maximum temperatures of around 40ºC, while Canary Islands never get too hot, with mean maximum temperatures of less than 30ºC thanks to the effects of the Atlantic Ocean and the low latitude.
Precisely ... Spain looked well fatigued, flushed and slow for most of the match, and I thought to myself ... it's either they can't tolerate the heat or that they are thoroughly fatigued from playing in too many matches by virtue of being in all competitions right up to the finals ... .

I think Salma has reached the end of the season out of gas. Just because she was an athlete we tend to think she is superhuman and never tires but there were balls today that she would have got to them at the beginning of the season. Without her top speed the rest of her limitations are more evident.

As much as I love Spanish commentary, I can't help but feel that it can be biased! If Peter Drury was commenting on a game involving England and England conceded a goal, he wouldn't be as unenthusiastic as this commentator was on Denmark's 2 goals.
With that said, what a comeback from the world champions Spain! This team is so good, it's scary. I'd like to see them face the current USWNT now that Mallory Swanson and Catarina Maccario are back from injury, and Emma Hayes is the new coach. That would be a game to watch.
The commentary in Spanish is always biased, so is the commentary in english, danish and whatever language. There's nothing wrong with it being biased.

This shows how much they miss Bonmati, who is both the heart and the brains of the team. Paralluello looked tired and should be rested; and the defence looked downright flaky. Why no Vicky Lopez or Claudia Pina.
Vicky Lopez had college-access tests and Claudia Pina (together with Patri and Mapi Leon) has declared herself ineligible until she is convinced that the changes in the national team and RFEF are real (my guess is that appointing the assistant coach to Vilda as Head coach did not convince them much)

Salma will either starts to be a real pro and use her right foot when needed, or please stay home. A striker needs to be quick, yet she tries to adjust and sits the ball to her left side with every chance. She’s good maybe in counter attacks, but in the box, she becomes useless because she plays like an amputee without a right foot.
She is not a striker she is a winger, once pajor comes to Barca she will play on the wing

No solo faltaba Aitana, tambien Cata y varias titulares más, a pesar de ello fallando un penalti, con claros errores defensivos y con poco acierto de cara a la portería(tuvieron ocasiones para haber metido 6 goles) remontaron un partido que parecía perdido. Solo puedes decir que has ganado a España después del pitido final.
it's so sad alexia has given her everything, being the best on the pitch on both matches, created so many chances, the key passes that the forwards completely waste (as usual) yet people here are only talking ab bonmati. this game could have been won by the start if they had olga, cata and if the forwards decided to actual play. everyone is tired, yes, but that excuse is reserved for some players only, it seems.

No he visto el partido, pero juzgando únicamente por el resumen me da la sensación de que hemos jugado sin centro del campo. Montones de danesas sin marca moviéndose totalmente a su antojo. España colgando balones, que es algo que no hacemos. Hemos tenido suerte de que entrasen esos corners.
Aitana no estaba, luego habia muchas sustitutas (mas que nunca empezando el partido), que por mas que no juegan mal, obviamente por falta de practica no se entienden y por lo tanto la cadena de pases se rompia y tampoco habia una idea en conjunto de como resolver situaciones.
Pero bueno, la combinación Alexia-Irene se impuso y hasta pudieron haber marcado uno mas.
Se ve que montse aprovecha algun partido que otro para experimentar con jugadoras que usualmente no convoca, pero esta vez se le fue la mano.
Muchos pases fallados en la primera mitad, la defensa no sabia sacar el balon jugado. Hay que tomar nota de esa primera mala mitad

Wow, Denmark did not know what to do with a 2-goal lead. They played the team and not the ball on all of the Spain goal. Gutted for the Danes, but the coach tried to change the entire style of play at half, and should have kept playing to attack the ball on 5050s, not shield off players from the ball that are just too talented to be shielded one-on-one. Not for the entire 2nd half
