Evening all! I couldn’t end 2021 without wishing you all a happy new year…as well as cooking up a storm with all our Christmas leftovers to boot. Thanks to everyone out there who’s supported the channel by watching, subscribing, commenting, whatever it might be throughout what has been a tough year for all. Here in Britain we’re all but back in lock down for a couple of months by the looks of things, but I’ll do my best to keep the content coming, so if there’s anything you want to see, let me know down there in the comments and hopefully I’ll get back on the road again in the not too distant future. This reminds me of my wife’s “Thanksgiving pizza”. She uses canned croissant as the dough then tops it with corn, stuffing, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and gravy. It’s incredible.

Ah yes... Left overs. I saw that you didn't have much dressing. But, around my house we always used the dressing for a pie crust, then filled the crust with other leftovers and chunks of Swiss cheese. Add blended eggs. Bake like a quiche until done in the middle. (toothpick or butter knife test) Great way to finish off the holiday leftovers Cheers, Mate.
