Finally seeing some love for Continuum! It was the fragrance that started my journey- got a sample and it was love at first sniff. Really underrated scent.
I have a challenge that might inspire a great video idea. As a digital nomad living in Southeast Asia, the year-round heat and humidity make it nearly impossible to find a fragrance that lasts. After applying a scent post-shower, it smells great indoors with air conditioning. But as soon as I step outside-riding a motorbike through sun, traffic, pollution, and sweat-it vanishes entirely, often within minutes. EDTs and fresh citrus like Artisan Pure are useless, even powerful EDPs like The Most Wanted fail in this environment. Only powdery intense woody or patchouli-heavy scents leave a faint trace, but they aren’t ideal here. Do you know of a fragrance that can perform and endure these harsh conditions for at least a couple of hours? If so, I’d love to hear about it!
maybe spraying directly on your clothes (scents that wont stain) could help. spraying in your clothes, long hair, and layering your fragrance with something like jojoba oil to help it last longer on skin.
I blind bought Prada L'Homme Intense based on the hype and my thinking that I liked iris because it was in a fragrance I loved (turned out iris was more of a supporting note in it and I didn't really know how it smelled) but I hated L'Homme Intense when I first smelled it. I kept coming back to it, though, and ended up loving it, so I blind bought Dior Homme Intense and absolutely loved it from the very first sniff.
@_Brohan I picked up a bottle of DHP a couple weeks ago after hearing about the 2025 version and I've been doing the same thing since it's summer here in Australia and it's a bit too hot to be wearing during the day right now.
@@dantheman2907 I'm stupid. I meant DHI lmao. But I just panic bought DHP so I'm sure it'll be similar. Hoping to get an opportunity to wear both of these on future dates (if I get any)
@@_Brohan DHP is definitely similar to DHI, but it is quite different. I don't really pick up the leather, but the rose and oud give it a bit more punch than DHI. I think it's really classy. Best of luck with the dates, I'm hoping for a few this year myself.
Definitely don’t think it’s redundant to own OG spicebomb and sb extreme. OG is much more approachable and I personally prefer it to extreme (so does my wife). Both are great though
how is the longevity & sillage of Rochas Moustache? I heard Afnan Turathi brown smells similar to Rochas Moustache. Is it so ? Awaiting reply. Thank you.
@@MGIFTSONSOLOMON Do not expect Dior Sauvage sillage and longevitiy. Being Vanilla scent Rochas Moustache lasts a good few hours and is very pleasing. But its sillage does not have large volume. For what it costs these should not be decisive factors. I wouldn't know about similarity with Afnan Turathi.
Let’s not get it twisted guys ,moustache is a great scent but it’s no way near strong enough ,it’s honestly one of my best scents but I hate that it turns into a skin scent real quick .
@@treborkroy5280 I haven’t bought either. I tried night vision as a sample but everyone claims the extreme is better than original. For some reason after researching I see the edt being a better buy & that’s what I’ll go with
I will never blind buy another fragrance after buying spice bomb extreme it's the only fragrance I've ever smelled that gave me a headache and made me sick.
Moustache, premium great quality? This is my biggest gripe with most of the fragrance community, that everyone is saying these things about these clones. I bought this and a bunch of other hyped up ones, and they all suck. This smells like it´s made using the same stuff they make gasoline with. (I bet it´s really cheap) It´s ok to have sponsors and do some promos, but the way these products are advertised by fragrance influencers lacks all integrity.
Not a fan of Moustache? I actually find that one to be pretty amazing. Smells phenomenal to me, and gets lots of compliments when I wear it, easily one of my more complimented scents, and I wear a LOT of different scents from cheapies to niche. And I don’t know if I’d really call Rochas Moustache a clone per se… it’s definitely in the vein of Tuxedo, but the notes are slightly different. Maybe I’d say it’s a clone in the same way that Montblanc Explorer is a clone. They’re both designer scents that are in the style of something else without being true clones - at least that’s my take.
@raccs600 I have both the EDT and the parfum. The parfum is very good, but heavy, super heavy. It's like an old school manly scent. The EDT is totally different, much softer but super sophisticated. I love it.
I was soo surprised by how rich Rochas Mustache smells, for the price of $35 it’s an insane deal

Up for this.
Nothing.
Try Jardin exclusif by mancera if you fond of that kind of smell. Fruity soapy smell.
@@redhitarou For what I'm reading about it, seems like a fantastic recommendation. I will try it. Thank you!

i haven't tried any prada fragrances before, but i sometimes wear the OG DHI for myself at night 😂😂 it just smells so good and cozy for bed

Rochas Moustache in cooler weather is good. Layer it with BR Tobacco and Tonka Bean. Oh my!
Just picked up Tumi Continuum at Ross for $40. Definitely worth it, I tend to not like incense but it works well in this one

Id pay 5x what Ombre Noire costs and still absolutely love it. Its really unique.

Great Vídeo.
What you were describing a 2 minutes 30 seconds was "reformulated "
Is Spicebomb still worth it ? Ppl say the batch right now is reformulated and doesn’t last
Iam in canada
Spocebomb extreme seems like a more youthful version of the OG Spicebomb to me. OG is more mature
Interesting take
@raccs600 It's louder. More pretentious. Sweeter. Almost "pine" ? I don't know. It doesn't come across as more mature.

Literally my favourite and most complimented fragrance. We are all different i suppose.

It’s prolly good on the dry down for u.
YSL L’homme EDP is absolute fire 🔥
Love the new armani code edp. Love all 3 but parfum and absolu will always be my favorite
Tumi Continuum is very very close to D&G The One EDP, like really close except Tumi has a much better performance.
I don’t think they are close at all
I get so many compliments from Tumi Continuum!!
You have pretty eyes. 😃
L’homme EDP just doesn’t last long on clothes nor skin
