That happened to me too!!! I fractured my ankle 2 days before a big meet, I was out for that, and states was right after that which I couldn’t go to but I supported my team just like she did.
I’m actually a level 6 competitive gymnast and I broke my growth plate in my foot back in February missing the two biggest meets of the season and I went to both of them to support my team. It was tough but I know it was the right decision. I hope she has a speedy recovery and can get back out there to win. ❤
My daughter was diagnosed with avascular necrosis right before her 3rd competition of the season. We were both devastated. But... She still showed up for the next 2 comps and was backstage helper for recital. Her disability didn't make her less of a teammate that's for sure. Proud of your both your daughter and you mom. It's so hard for us to sit back and watch. At least for me it was. I was filled with both pride(more than any performance)and fear.

I feel her pain I do cheer and tennis and I had a major knee injury that I had to get surgery on I had to sit and watch all the tennis meets and cheer comps it was really hard. She will get through this!
I’m not on a gymnastics team, but I do take gymnastics classes and I remember when I broke my toe I couldn’t do gymnastics for like 6 to 8 weeks and I was really sad so proud of her for staying strong. Love you guys channel.😊❤
This is so sweet! This reminds me of the time my friend for my gymnastics team broke her arm yet she still came and supported us at competitions and she was able to do the last competition! This is amazing and I hope your daughter is able to do a competition with her team again!❤
Girl she is slaying the day and as someone who is just starting to walk with a boot on after breaking my leg badly like 10 weeks ago, I am still going to all my dance recital and showcases and I’m a HUGE soccer fan and I’m going to all my practices and games and I haven’t missed a single game or practice or performance that has happened in the span of the past 10 weeks (my mental health is dead but I’m still going along) and she can do it and I hope she never ever gives up (just think about all the famous athletes who have gotten really badly injured and then they came back better than ever, pretend you’re just secretly getting way better) hope you feel better and it will honestly be over before you know it and it will not be fun but you got this ❤❤❤❤

I feel your pain I had a major ankle accident and was in a brace and crutches for 8 weeks with no sport or dancing and it was tough but i believe in u and it’s hard to dig in the side line and watch everyone else but once you get off crutches u can take it easy and get back to cheer your fans are here for u ❤❤❤xxx
I went through this exact thing. It was in January 2023 the day before I left for an out of state meet I rolled my ankle and fractured it. I missed out on a whole competition season, but went to all the meets I could to support them. I learned a lot from this experience, but most importantly DO NOT GIVE UP ❤️❤️
I had the same feeling as well. I broke my elbow and had to have surgery for it at the beginning of 2024. My volleyball season was coming up, so it was really hard to see my teammates play when I couldn’t. I still went to games and practices to support my team, but when you’re injured you want to do your sport or hobby more than you can’t do. She is so strong!💪
Pls let her know she isn’t alone. I missed my whole volleyball season because I broke my foot. I also missed multiple basketball practices too. It broke my heart because I love sports and it was so hard to sit the bench watching my team. I couldn’t do anything until 3 months. It will get better… I promise

I got had severe tendinitis in my right foot and had to take a year out of dance while strengthening back up. The hardest part wasn’t the rebuilding but the sitting in the corner watching my friends dance the lessons I couldn’t. A year later I am back dancing stronger than ever. If u read this just know that you’re strong and you’ve got this! When you’re back competing it will feel 100x better knowing how hard you’ve had to fight and rebuild to get there. ❤❤
She didn’t compete at this meet obviously because of an unfortunate injury but she does competitive gymnastics which it really dangerous and that’s probably how she got injured.

I’m seeing this while I have crutches too I feel you girl although I didn’t break my leg I did a straddle jump for a little kids gym show in front of a whole crowd doing my routine I still played it off but I sprained my foot and it’s very bruised and I have a extra bone in my foot so it got really irritated get well soon 🫶🏻

I broke my foot a bout 4 weeks ago at my dance comp was really hard for me. I still went to dance, but I couldn’t do anything. we’ve had two dance competitions and I have not been able to perform. It is been really hard for me especially if I go to dance and can’t do anything I have a fill In person and she’s not the best person and it’s really a confidence ruiner. 😭
Oh I feel so bad for her the worst part of doing sports is getting hurt and not getting to play so u lose passion for that sport then u forget about it
