My 3 God-Tier Lana's songs would be Salvatore, Old Money, and 13 Beaches. These three are hauntingly gorgeous and transcend me to another reality. Salvatore hits different after I read E.M Forster's Where Angels Fear To Tread and A Room With a View. It makes both felt more emotional to me. Old money, on the other hand, reminds me of the ending of my all time favourite book, Anna of The Five Towns. NFR was critically acclaimed because of how good it is, people just don't love it because some random self-proclaimed critic loved it (even if you're a professional critic, you are going to have judgements, preferences, biases and opinions, music is very subjective idk why what critics- a small bunch of people- say even matters)☠. One of her and THE best to this day. It was an instant hit for me and most of NFR lovers loved it even before "critics" said it was good, lol.
Oh that’s a tough one!! I would say probably ‘Iconic’ because although it’s one of my favourites off the album, I don’t know if I would say it’s one of my all time favourite songs of hers! 😊
Lust for Life gets sooo much shit it doesn't deserve, its an amazing album for the most part although its not my favourite. The only reason most of Lana's stans hate LFL is because it doesn't sound like her previous albums, they say she "broke the character" and its "too commercialised"🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ also it has sorta become a "tradition" to crap on every single one of her releases after Honeymoon. If you like one record from an artist and hate everything else, you might just be a huge fan of the record and not the artist ... that's something yall to consider.

NFR was critically acclaimed because of how good it is, people just don't love it because some random self-proclaimed critic loved it (even if you're a professional critic, you are going to have judgements, preferences, biases and opinions, music is very subjective idk why what critics- a small bunch of people- say even matters)☠. One of her and THE best to this day. It was an instant hit for me and most of NFR lovers loved it even before "critics" said it was good, lol.

Oh that’s a tough one!! I would say probably ‘Iconic’ because although it’s one of my favourites off the album, I don’t know if I would say it’s one of my all time favourite songs of hers! 😊
Lust for Life gets sooo much shit it doesn't deserve, its an amazing album for the most part although its not my favourite. The only reason most of Lana's stans hate LFL is because it doesn't sound like her previous albums, they say she "broke the character" and its "too commercialised"🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ also it has sorta become a "tradition" to crap on every single one of her releases after Honeymoon. If you like one record from an artist and hate everything else, you might just be a huge fan of the record and not the artist ... that's something yall to consider.
