Happy heavenly birthday to your mom! Those special days are tough. I was suddenly widowed at 41, then just 4 weeks later, my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, dying shortly after my husband. Birthdays and death (and wedding) anniversary days are just try to get through them days. My husband died on Valentine's Day, which is an extra gut punch.

Both my mom & dad passed away last year 100 days apart. It’s hard. We are still in the year of firsts without them. I know their birthdays were so very special, but equally hard. They had been together for 54 years on earth & are still together now. Sending hugs for your momma’s birthday ❤

Lost my mom also a Mema 14yrs ago and still not a day goes by that I don't miss her. My mom also had a children with a handicap . My younger brother was born with cerebral palsy and my mother fought for him to be included in public school during the time that that wasn't the norm...my mother never one to give in or give up won that battle and finally the town and the school administrators saw the light and my baby brother finished all 12 yrs of school and graduated 4th in his class. So keep on celebrating your Mom's birthday and be assured that she would be so very proud of the Loving and supportive Mother you are for your 4 beautiful babies.

I’m blessed to have had my dad until 90 and my mom until 94 but some how it’s never long enough. I still miss them so much.
I think Freya has a huge advantage of having older siblings! You have a lovely 😍 family.
