Vibration analysis and NVH work can be challenging. I do not mean to make it look easier nor harder than it is. Pronounced vibration easier. Subtle vibrations harder. I was impressed that the motor and blade speed showed up this DEMO. This tablesaw is one of the smoothest construction type saws, what with the work that was previously done here on the channel. Yet those two frequencies appeared in HScope FFT auto measurement.
a word of caution on all this Rome, I make it look easy...it is not...may lead to frustration... the more pronounced the vibration, the easier it is of course...but the subtle stuff!!!
Flight data recorders log aircraft flight detail in pretty much the exact same manner…Inertial navigation platforms also very similar integrating axis acceleration with time to determine Lat & Long. Nice rig Denis 👍
no...can only connect to the WiFi of this (1) sensor with its 3 axis ADXL345 which this build is based on is a bit on the noisy side. A recent change to the firmware by Martin has improved that, somewhat... thanks for your comment, Rui

Very slick
thanks so much Eric:)
That enclosure is pretty slick! I assume the JB weld is keeping the magnets in place.
it's the cat's ass!
thx for recommending it Jim:)
Awesome build Denis!
thx so much, Chris
Great Built Denis, 👏👏👏
I will have to read a lot more to understand NVH on detail,
thx Ramon
NVH is not easy. I encourage people to tackle build and dip their toe in it while cautioning that it is tricky stuff...
Awesome Denis, another gadget, another 3d print! I think I'll email Ramon a message and give him some more work. WiFi NVH 🤜🤛

These gadgets are just amazing. Thanks for the videos.
thanks for this comment, Dan
That sir can be a very useful tool. Very nicely done!
thank you:)
nice work

next project DIY black box...lol
thanks for taking the time, Ian
Great job!! One question!! It's possible to connect more then one sensor to scope?
no...can only connect to the WiFi of this (1) sensor with its 3 axis

That's cool! I've to make one in the pipe box! But also that one is 3D printed right?
yep, and I share the STL files...
all you need now is a 3D printer Martin:)
Very interesting Denis.. Can the sensitivity of the accelerometer be dialed down so it picks up vibration/movement local to the tool?
HScope allows to choose 4 ranges for the ADXL 345: 2G - 4G - 8G - 16G ... and also to choose 4 sample rates
hey bud im in canada too, I have a question for you, how can I reach you? ther is no email for you in the about page
the best way is though HScope Telegram Group
t.me/hscope
I would greet you there Oda:)
Denis
