Sure. The sequence of chords goes D-flat major chord, A-flat major chord, A-flat minor chord, G-flat major chord, G-flat minor chord, D-flat major chord, E-flat major chord, and then A-flat major chord. On the last chord, you can split it into two 8th note chords cause this song is in 4/4 time, and play the notes A-flat, D-flat, and E-flat for the first chord and just a regular A-flat major chord for the last one. Hopefully this helps🙂
