    Love your ideas about expanding emotional fluency, and your way of organizing the various nuances of emotion. That is so helpful. "My emotions tell me what my needs are." Brilliant.

    I think that the idea of having collections in a separate planner is definitely the best for me. Thank you for sharing yours.

      I’m so glad you found it helpful! 🥰 I actually haven’t been in this system as much as I thought I would, but it’s so comforting to know it’s all there for me, especially the notes in my reference/self-care section. Setting this notebook up was an act of self-care in itself. 💛 Thank you for watching!!

    thank you thank you for your word of the year .from my experience discomfort is the doorway to peace and the more you embrace the process of surrendering it gets easier to shed layers of the lower ego :) trust the process

    I really loved this setup and collection list. I really enjoy the diversity of your collections and the anxiety ones really hit home. I have never thought of putting my anxiety information in a collections notebook but gosh, does that make sense! I am going to try to emulate that according to my specific needs. Thank you again for sharing. The collections are interesting but the anxiety pages are really going to be helpful for me. I have lots of notes in different places so putting them in a collection is the answer for me.😀

    • @elliescorner2019
      @elliescorner2019  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you so much, Jennifer!! I’m so glad that you found it helpful. When I was editing I realized “hmmm there is a lot of anxiety content here, I wonder if people will find this relevant?” but I left it all in because that’s my reality and how I’m going to use this setup. I do find it really helpful to have the notes/strategies for anxiety in one place that I can easily access. (Like you, I also have notes everywhere! 😅) If you have any specific questions at any point, please feel free to ask, and I hope you enjoy putting your setup together and find comfort in it. 💛

    I like your setup. For me I set up my collections and trackers into a separate notebook but for a year at a time, and then for even longer term collections, notes and references I use a ring binder. I need to get those Tombow charts, I think you and Daksina had similar ones!
