Refrito- butter- achote oil- add onion- season and then ad oregano. Put potatoes, stir around a little- give lught color and then add water. Once it boils- add the fideo . Once thw fiedo is close to done add the milk ( hot) Once the potaies are done- some cheese and done. ❤
