For koreans, this scene is extra sad. Young Mi was calling Hyunju "unnie" which translates to "older sister" as she was about to die. For Young Mi, it was a cry for help to the one person who she looked up to. For Hyunju, it was someone acknowledging her gender and a sign of how much she cared for her because of it.
(everyone just ignore the transphobe above me its not worth it) the netflix subtitles didnt translate "unnie" for some reason (it just had the word unnie alongside the english subtitles) but learning that it meant that makes the scene sooo much sadder, i jumped out of my bed when i realized she was gonna die
I can only feel the terror and guilt that Hyunju had in that moment when Youngmi died. Because she voted for O rather than X to play one more game, and lost the very first person who acknowledged her gender and someone she got close to. Aside from that, she couldn't save her in time. When that round ended, we can only see how defeated she must've felt and didn't even try to survive next until she was saved by another player. I am sure Youngmi wouldn't want her to die as well. Such a heartbreaking scene.
In the final round of mingle, you could actually see HyunJu sulking and not moving as the timer starts. She was ready to die at that point but was saved by the dad of the sick daughter.
I feel sorry for Young Mi but 333 is right. There wasn't enough time to run back and bring her to the room. Without 333 all of them could have died. At least she made real friends and wasn't betrayed to die like Ali.

The worst part of all of this is that some of Young-Mi's blood is on Hyun-Ju's hands. The former (who voted X just before this game) would have lived on had the people (including Hyun-Ju) not voted to continue the games.

I'm really not sure if there was really not enough time, she saw her and was ready to rush at 3 3 seconds despite what it sound like, is pretty long, go on look at a clock for 3 seconds (especially when you have this much adrenaline in the blood) But I'm not sure if the rule is having the door close at 0, or being in the room at 0 and then the door lock to avoid anyone else entering it after If its the later, she had time to at least grab her and enter the room (assuming 333 wasn't there), but not close the door But if the door need to be locked at 0 and if it's not it's death, then yeah... there was no time 😢 (Hope someone on youtube will try to recreate the scene with every parameters being the exact same, the time, distances, weight of the characters.... and see if it was possible, I'm really curious)
Young-Mi was getting back on her feet when there was only 3 seconds left. So in reality they had 2 seconds to get back to the room and close it. It is completly impossible to go this fast for a human. The proof is that 333 closed the door when there was only 1 second left, even though he arrived before Young-Mi. He was extremely short on the timing even though he had some advance on Young-Mi, which proves she couldn’t have made it
No, Hyunju couldn’t have saved Young Mi! There were only 3 seconds when they saw her on not in the room, she was like 12 feet away. The girl was limping, if Hyu went to grab her the door wouldve closed on them trying to go in. Causing all of them to get shot. Even 333 who was sprinting made it at one second. There’s just no possibility of Hyu going to save Young-Mi without them all dying. Yes 333 did take advantage and definitely only thought about himself and Jun-Hee, but he saved them all.
333 is nailing to become the most annoying one.........they could have written it more clearly that she would not make it but the chaotic screenplay makes you take sides which is good, cause the games will make you root for some.......it's like we are VIPs.
But if they clearly showed that she wouldn't make it, the fact that people are blind and can't see the scene well is another thing, besides what 333 did was the most intelligent and most human thing, in those games it's about surviving and he didn't even know 095, he decided to save himself and save the people who were there.

@@isuruthisara5860 he seems to be the pragmatic type do what he needs to save his skin type. Most probably he is going to make a sacrifice at the end especially for 222 and their kid. This will bring closure to his character.
My prediction is opposite i feel like he will pull a sangwoo especially on our pregnant girl near the end. Maybe to save his own ass
@@isuruthisara5860 better than Thanos..
333 ia right there was no time and he saved them all but young mi(unnie maybe) sacrificed bc if i was was young mi i would stand up even tho the part young mi fell and touched the ground hard bc i dont wanna die so she sacrificed
what I notice is the glaring blue "O" on hyunju's chest. if she just voted X, the games would've stopped and young-mi wouldn't have died.
I love hyunju's character but I was so frustrated that she kept voting "O".
“Unnie”😢😢
Sad that young mi doesnt get a chance to be middle aged mi or old mi
😂
LMAO
I love it.
¡and have a nice day!.
333 is my second favorite player
Same!
Esta escena una de las mejores mis respetos a los actores.
Young-mi i feel sorry for her she didn’t deserve this
She just really wanted to go home 😭😭😭
While I think season 1 had some much more hard hitting deaths than season 2 (looking at you, marble game), this one still hurt. While we didn’t really get to know Young-Mi very well, it was Hyunju’s reaction after that fact that made it difficult to watch. Shit is just sad.
Player 120 is my favorite from this season.
There were only 3sec left 😭
And when gihun was telling 4 women and 2 men .....I was like okay they consider hyunju as a girl 🎉
I personally liked how the Omma character went from cringing when seeing her to accepting her ❤
@@smashley7210 because she had never seen a trans person before she even asks her son about it but now that she learned more about it she understands player 120. She never really dislike her she was just weirded out
^ yess the character development is lovely
When mom and son separate, it was sad😢
why should i pay netflix if yall already spoil the whole story on youtube
heartbreaking fr 😔
She should’ve hurried and stood up at the moment she fell!
She wasted so much time, she could’ve survived, or most likely 333 would’ve indeed pushed her and be responsible for her death at the moment.
But, saaaaaad. 😢
What episode is this?
Episode 6 or 7 i forgot
Season 2*
6
Happy three kings day for those who celebrate it.🎉
When the mom crys it make me sad
I'm crying right now😭😭
Anyone else feel like the old lady was “play acting” her tears? Imitating?
for a minute when i first watched this i thought it was the pregnant girl 😭😭😭😭 i yelled
I'm really not sure if there was really not enough time, she saw her and was ready to rush at 3
3 seconds despite what it sound like, is pretty long, go on look at a clock for 3 seconds (especially when you have this much adrenaline in the blood)
But I'm not sure if the rule is having the door close at 0, or being in the room at 0 and then the door lock to avoid anyone else entering it after
If its the later, she had time to at least grab her and enter the room (assuming 333 wasn't there), but not close the door
But if the door need to be locked at 0 and if it's not it's death, then yeah... there was no time 😢
(Hope someone on youtube will try to recreate the scene with every parameters being the exact same, the time, distances, weight of the characters.... and see if it was possible, I'm really curious)
He was extremely short on the timing even though he had some advance on Young-Mi, which proves she couldn’t have made it
임시완배우 타인은 지옥이다 윤종우 보는것같네 👿 연기잘해ㅋㅋ
Its sad but 333 is right 😢❤
GODDAMNIT MG COIN...
they wouldve all died if he hadnt gone in, they literally did not have time to save young mi
0:40
Damn it's like Rose and Jack from Titanic scene all over again! Yes they can fit on that door! And yes Hyunju could have saved Young mi!
I was dying at this scene for time!😂😂😂😂
333 is nailing to become the most annoying one.........they could have written it more clearly that she would not make it but the chaotic screenplay makes you take sides which is good, cause the games will make you root for some.......it's like we are VIPs.
But if they clearly showed that she wouldn't make it, the fact that people are blind and can't see the scene well is another thing, besides what 333 did was the most intelligent and most human thing, in those games it's about surviving and he didn't even know 095, he decided to save himself and save the people who were there.
@@mariaostos8476 Well the point is most of the players are supposed to shit humans thats why they are chosen.......333 is a murderer.......also a scammer before the games.......the way people be praising 333 just cause of the actor is disgusting.......
@@Mmm-nj5dk he didnt exactly scam people he got scammed aswell he was just the reason why they got caught up in it if i remember correctly + he killed thanos out of self defense/his girl based on his reaction u can clearly tell that he didnt want to kill him
in conclusion hes a good person who made stupid decisions and he has changed throughout the last eps imo

But at the end of the day, 333 was right
player 333 face:😊😊
player 333 attitude:😡😡😡
Young mi is in a better place
I have a bad feeling about hyunju there's a trope in Hollywood called bury your gays, just hope it doesn't happen in season 3
i doubt it, hyun-ju's representation was really well done and considering season 3 was originally meant to be part of season 2 i dont see it happening
I see Hyun-ju dying, mostly cause she's a Soilder. In media Soldiers/Warrior archetypes normally give their life to safe someone.
I assume in season 3 she's gonna do something to save the pregnant girl and die in the process
You know…If That Guy would’ve been in the room Along with the other 5 to be at 6 without Him! They Would’ve Died but…Poor Girl…She Didn’t Deserve this kind of Fate…😢😞
Bruv yk what I thought 120 could've pushed 333 and save Young-Mi how sad to lose smh
Yeah no. If he pushed 333 and ran back to get Young-Mi they would’ve all been killed.
crypto guy saved everybody. Young mi watch season 3 at home
She’s got a front row seat in Heaven
She became a vip in our hearts
YOUNG MI!!!
This scene made zero sense. The previous round they needed 3 people, so they simply had to combine two groups of 3 from the previous round. There was no reason to search for anybody or go for a set number of women and men and waste time
counterpoint: how would they think of that within the span of like 2 seconds before people start running
Plus, most of the 3-people groups most likely splitted back into their former groups before the next round started.
333 is right but i still prefer her to survive than him ;-;
