I've seen reviews of these things freezing up after a few months. Is there any way to backup software and reinstall or a website that facilitates a clean install?
I bought one online and now the live tv feature no longer works. I e tried contacting the company but am getting very sketchy responses. Who administers the IPTV streaming service? Did I get scammed?
I have the pro1 and the blue tv wont work now.. do you think you can help i restarted it but no luck..maybe its time to upgrade.. does the older version have a expiration?
Can you playback other channel programs other than the pre programed 38 channels. My wife wants to rewatch the programs on the HGTV channels, but we can't seem to find a way to rewatch them or see what we missed.
@@gregmurrell4351 I don't know what trouble your having with the t95 but mine runs great. The IPTV service I have installed runs almost perfect. When or if it acts up I just go into the settings and make a change and then it runs perfect. Besides all that I didn't pay $300 dollars for my box.
I just bought one of these from Heartland America It is NOT what I expected I was under the impression that I would just be able to plug it into my cable modem and into my TV's HDMi and then see a big menu of "cable tv" that I could see for free" Well that is not the case. The included instructions SUCK, it has block diagram showing the hookup and that is it. Nothing telling you what all the buttons on the remote are for and when to press them Apparently you have to "set it up" and you are supposed to "just know how to do it' As said there are no included instructions and it does not really have "set up wizard' you can get to the "main menu" easy enough but from there your are supposed to just know what to do and what buttons to push and when to make it all happen. Other vids I have viewed will run through the steps QUICKLY but never give t to you step by step and in "push this button, now push this one IE "superbox for dummies" Now even if I could "figure it out" I read that in 6 months it MIGHT quit working anyway I think I will be returning this while I still can

What I've learned is you have to upload the Playback app from the app store. Once you have that, you open the app and the channels will be available on the left with the shows to the right. On top of the screen will be dates. You can scroll back as far as seven days to watch a program that has already aired. One thing I've learned; just because you select a specific show, it may not be available. For example, this morning I tried to watch some of the Alabama football game; when I selected it, the game that played was Clemson. I don't understand that one. I wish there was more support available but I'm not aware of any. I have searched "SuperBox S3 Pro" on UA-cam and found all kinds of helpful videos of people more informed about the product. I hope this helps.

Cleaning up cache and memory could do the trick if such features exist. That’s likely why

Do not waste your money. I purchased the super box PS3 Pro one month ago the screen went completely black the super box does not work anymore.

There is no menu. You better know what you want to watch and what channel it’s on and what network. The remote sucks
