Here to say that this worked on what I believe to be a more modern version, model number C209-D. I used the WD-40 on the grinders first, like in the video. The left side though still wasn't functioning. Took a piece of cardboard heavily sprayed it with the WD-40, like in the video, I had to give a couple of light pushes and holding the cardboard steady, but it eventually worked. Just to note, that on this one I even bought their Bonsai oil sheets and followed their directions exactly, yet I still had this problem occur. This seems like the best way to maintain this machine. Thanks for the vid!
It’s probably got something stuck inside it. Obviously DO NOT attempt to fix it when it’s plugged in. If you can’t sort it I would recommend contacting the supplier.

Mine just keeps on running and won't stop when there's no paper. I have cleaned it as much as possible but it did not help. Any tips?

Probably something stuck in there ! Please turn off before checking !!! Or the sensor is gone.
Can this take cardboard for example the cardboard it came in?
If it’s about 4 sheets of paper thick.
Many videos say NOT to use WD40! Shredder could explode.
I have used it for years and it works great.
