Pile 1 and bit of pile 2 - Thanks for the reading! Actually whatever came in the reading has already been communicated to me by my boss. About being perfectionist - they do say that everyone makes mistakes and it's ok to not be perfect, but at the same time, they did reduce my annual performance review rating because once my work was not close to perfect. I am already working extra 12+ hours, doing 2 people's job and they want me to take more responsibilities while the pay I am getting is way below market rate and they don't even want to increase it. Two of my co-workers are toxic and withhold information to make me look down, but my bosses don't want to do anything with it and told me to deal with it.
