If Dust is in Underverse Season 2, this should be his theme.
He’s not going to be in Underverse. It would have said Season 2 OST or something like that.
It would be labeled for Underverse if this was for Underverse. (Plus, Underverse has done a really damn good job of avoiding using any Megalos extensively. I think I've heard Megalovania once in the whole series.)

At 0:01 to 0:30 Trainer Red Theme, but then at 0:31 it switches it up into Megalovania. That was unexpected, not gonna lie. That sounded awesome.
At 0:50 to 0:59 it switches back, then at 1:00 it goes back to Megalovania.
