- Velocity Restorations is one of the biggest restoration shops in the country specializing is specific classic cars. They move them in an assembly-line fashion and really have a great system worked out for projects. I am thankful I was allowed to record this tour.

Great time !!!
😁👍🦆💩
Nice revamp of the old C5 repair center. Nice to see it used to repurpose classic vehicles.
Yeah, awesome facility!
wow, thanks for sharing
Thanks for coming along with us! :)
🔥🔥🔥

Great video! Fuse panel in glove box, good idea!
I agree... except then you lose your storage space lol!
Wow what a shop . Good to see production line and hope it lasts for years to come . No electric cars needed :) thanks for sharing Glenn
Amazing shop. High tech resto shop. So organized and clean. I can imagine how well you get paid to work there.
I want to set up another tour this Fall for Rare Air members to experience this place. Wow. Impressive.
That'd be fun! Lets go in there and commandeer the place for VW service.
They must have schedules for tours. Every UA-cam channel is passing through here. 145k square feet is huge. The average Super Wal-Mart is 75- 90k square feet. Imagine if this was VW shop. They tell you how fast they turn these cars? 6 weeks once it gets in the door to complete. Crazy fast. They sell quite a few of the Broncos at Barrett- Jackson for mid 200k.
Maybe, but they are local to me.... I am still looking at land across the street lol!
@@vvtheduckvv buy now, before the price goes higher. Make sure you adjust for taxes. The house that is in my last video, the taxes have gone up over 50% year after year. Im paying almost a grand in month in taxes alone for that house. Interest rates should be going down at the end if the year. The elections should help lower the rates.
Oh shit I've always wanted to go inside there
I'll let you know when our next tour is, we're going to do it again. You can join me!
Damn awesome!!! That's where I need to apply for a job.. No joke.. Thanks for the share Glenn 😁
LoL! You and me both!
Thanks for taking us along. Big set up. Must be a big demand for resto cars. It looks good. What sort of warranty is offered when you buy these cars. I know you not the salesman, but curious when you buy a custom car. This is like a new car with modern electronics and 10 speed gearboxes etc, that would be supplied by different vendors, so I would expect a similar warranty as from most vehicle manufacturers.
I am curious too, I guess we'll have to visit their social media and other links I put in the video description and see! 😁👍🦆💩
I wonder with the way they have "assembly lined" this restoration process, do the builders have the same kind of passion for their craft as someone like Earl? Or are they just punching a clock? Thanks for the tour!
Well, the one guy that brings me that blue-and-white VW Beetle over on the other channel is one of their workers. I'll ask! him! He may be coming by this weekend.
I can attest as someone who works there the passion everyone has for these builds and what they do is absolutely unparalleled. It’s an honor to work on these vehicles day in and day out.
@@BearlyGoodDesign Thank you for commenting.
I hope that the way my question reads doesn't come across disrespectful or offensive to anyone who works there. It was a genuine curiosity. Thank you too to Velocity for letting The Duckman take us with him.
Look like Volicity is copying Johnathan Ward's ICON restorations in California. That is a big place!
Maybe, but they both copied Henry Ford.
