Rubix killed it. He’s gotten so good. I can’t wait to see his progression in five years. It’s dope to see all his friends especially Laurent in the crowd getting hype. I wish Kefton would’ve came with more sauce but I think how the song slowed down and had that beat switch at 2:24 caused Kefton to lose momentum. I could tell by his movements he was about to turn up until the song slowed down like that. I hate to see that kind of thing happen in a battle. But either way I believe Rubix would’ve won. He came in with that Criminalz energy.
Its been 5 years and he recently won this same competition after having previously made it to the finals. He had a juste debout appearance where he had some big wins to get there a close loss to begin the international bracket. A WDC finals appearance against his own crew, He was the most consistent mid-small size competition winner in europe last year while being incredibly active. An invitation to Juste debout gold, many gigs as a choreographer alongside his partner. Overall he is a respected, notorious, and cherished member of the street dance community with the majority of his career still to come.

It look like Rubix has found inspiration in Rochka recently, the move at 1:04 was smooth as fuck and athletic as hell, reminded me of Rochka, but mixed with Rubix's spicy sauce
oh its the opposite in this case, he was dancing to his coach/regi (his crew) that were behind him. Normally people who dance to the sides or behind them instead of foward are considered scared of their opponent but here he is just showing respect to kefton (like not challenging him directly but trying to still make a great performance). thats my opinion
