Never believe the chat about clean and ‘clean’ glasses. However, I carried out my own experiment with my favourite glass (I’m sure we all have one) which has been in the dishwasher dozens of times compared to a brand new glass I’ve never used before. They tasted the same but how they looked in the glass was immeasurable. Looks like a new set of glasses and a weekly cleaning routine is now on the agenda!
Fairy liquid. Then rinse properly. That’s sufficient. Clean and remove surfactants. Simple and effective. Both in practice and scientifically. So fundamentally clean dirt and grease and then remove cleaning agent residues. However hard water may leave staining so wipe with micro fibre cloth and don’t let excess water evaporate.
I'm very picky about the cleanliness of my glassware. Always have been. I cannot stand bubbles sticking to the glass and it destroys head retention too. I typed this before you mentioned head retention!
Would Baseline be suitable for cleaning a fermzilla? I don’t like using powdered cleaner as it never dissolves properly and I worry about scratches. I’ve been using liquid PBW but it seems hard to get these days
Interesting stuff once again I need some enzybrew in my life ( already use chemclean ) and you’ve just added to the list 👍🍻

Do you need to rinse the glasses after using Brush UP?
Yes, just to remove any of the residue

Yes, it would be fine in the Brewzilla
A pint in plastic is a pint you may as well not have poured! ..glassware all the way.
