This anime looks a bit like a cross between a southern US ghost story, Ghostbusters, and a sci-fi movie. All with a plot as intoxicating as The Phantom of the Opera. Sounds awesome.

+Nicholas It's a psychological trip down the rabbit hole. And to many people, a film that can dig deep into the conscious and trigger you on a more emotional, nihilistic level is the greatest form of horror. Horror is not inherently defined by mangled bodies, demons, and spilling blood.
legoC97 lol Thanks for the deep explanation. When I think of horror, I think psychologically disturbing sequences. Such as death, blood, gore, etc. This definitely messed with my mind, but it didn't seem horrific in the least. Guess its just the way my mind works.
Not to mention, if you haven't seen the actual movie than this can seem like it's exaggerating a bit, but it really isn't. If anything this cuts out a few of the more mentally scarring scenes.
Anti-Form Shadow Yeah thats true. There were some messed up moments in there. I loved it though, it seemed to transport me to a different place, and messed with my mind.
so from what I get from thus is an advanced mansion glitching out(and possibly haunted for real) reacting to the death of the woman(possibly murdered) with the mansion giving flashbacks in some way to show what happened in the past revealing twists and secrets while a guy sent in to investigate is just trying to survive while getting his mind messed with. Edit: how close am i?
