I was at on-site on a software project deployment 90% of customers were of Indian origin despite being Indian I was mostly treated as outsider as they thought themselves as customer (god).. All team parties etc I felt so loner and then I met few Pakistanis within client . I can never forget how they made me feel inclusive Open conversation on work as well as life .. 2012 my first on-site deployment 10 years later o still reflect on this …😊
