It is also a great wake-up call for us born Muslims who may have taken Islam for granted. In a way, reverts are more blessed and rewarded because they embrace it out of pure conviction and love for the Creator, whereas we just take it as is.
It is imperative to renew the iman, frequently say it at the home to strengthen the iman of ourselves and our loved ones because iman is volatile, it increases when we obey Him it regresses when we engage in immorality. May Allah SWT Protect us. Amiin.

You realize God destroyed the world to save the animals. Muslims have to improve their love for animals and marine life. This is the most important test by God. Muhammad (Pbuh) would pray to "Allah" and say "I do not have this type of perfection in my soul." The Prophets love for animals was borderline psychotic. If his cats or dogs missed a meal, he would behead the guards who watched him. How many Muslims have this type of love for animals? As far as Muhammad was concerned, the animals took precedence over his own existence.

The first word you learn is Read-Read in the name of your Lord. In Islam’s Golden Age, Muslims shone in the sciences and philosophical texts as European scholars would have to read Arabic treatises from Muslim scholars and scientists. Science, however, doesn’t have all the answers. Almighty Allah does.

I thought that Muslim are T, women are oppressed in Islam, people who believe in religion are ignorant etc. I was completely wrong. I was the one who being ignorant. Almighty Allah gives us brain to think, not to blindly believe everything the media tells us. There must be a creator of everything in the worlds. (During that time) we were not allowed to put kohl (Antimony eye power) in our eyes or to use perfumes or to put on colored clothes except a dress made of `Asr (a kind of Yemen cloth, very coarse and rough). We were allowed very light perfumes at the time of taking a bath after menses and also we were forbidden to go with the funeral procession . 314 A woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the bath which is taken after finishing from the menses. The Prophet (ﷺ) told her what to do and said, "Purify yourself with a piece of cloth scented with musk." The woman asked, "How shall I purify myself with it" He said, "Subhan Allah! Purify yourself (with it)." I pulled her to myself and said, "Rub the place soiled with blood with it." 315 An Ansari woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) how to take a bath after finishing from the menses. He replied, "Take a piece a cloth perfumed with musk and clean the private parts with it thrice." The Prophet (ﷺ) felt shy and turned his face. So I pulled her to me and told her what the Prophet (ﷺ) meant.

As a Mexican American revert, of almost a year, I want to share some advice to our new sisters and brothers. Do your research before telling people you became a Muslim. When I took my shahada, last year, I wanted to tell my whole family. But I thought I was going to have a rejection. We are an extremely united family. I felt, knowing my family, they were going to think I was going to depart from our family. Till this day my family don't know I became a Muslim, I have been studying and researching the bible (Pauline Religion) and the historical facts of the negative things people talk about Islam, like the marriage of Aisha. I honestly started researching the polemical Islam topics because I wanted to have answers for them. But now I feel extremely confident and can debate anyone with facts. Ready to do DAWAH!!! I didn't want anyone to influence my journey. I didn't want them to say it was a phase.

Perhaps we dislike something that is good for us. Perhaps we like something that is bad for us. Every child would like to eat candies all day instead of fermented cabbage, but the truth is that fermented cabbage is good for their health and candy is harmful. Women do have rights in Islam. For example, if a woman wokrs, she does not have to share her money with the husband. Her salary belongs only to her and she does not have to provide for the family whilst the husband is obliged to. Women in Islam have been given right to inherit property of their parents and other relatives whilst in the rest of the world that was unacceptable in the 7th century. Pray to God to open your heart for The Truth. Pray for Him to bring you closer to what He likes and help you stay away from what He dislikes. With that prayer you can never be wrong.

I'm a Muslim revert from Melbourne Australia and its going on half a year on the 4th of October, but before i took my Shahadah & reverted i was a outright right-wing racist & hated anyone that was pure white and even called myself a self proclaimed neo nazi/Skinhead until one morning i woke up & asked myself why am i hating these ppl cause there different and asked myself the hard questions & for once in my life i didnt have an answer to why so i began questioning everything i believed and began looking into all of the religions until i found Islam & after reading more bout Islam i took my Shahadah and now 5 months later ive become a completely different person from the hate filled guy i use to be, my mom & Sister are not excepting of my reversion to Islam & they automatically assumed i was gonna be on the next flight to syria to fight for either Hamas or Isis & my best friend of over 2 decades was gonna walk away from our friendship because of my reversion to Islam

I was born from Chinese mom and Malay father. My face looks like exactly like a Chinese. Living in Malaysia, Islam is the major religion. I still remember one day i went to a mosque to pray zohor togather, i received salam with money in hand during salam from a few Muslim and ask how long did i become a revert. It is a culture for us to give help or money to revert in my country. I tried to explained that i am a borned as a muslim not a revert and reject the money. But still they ask me to keep because they really want to give it to me😂

Muhammad (Pbuh) would pray to "Allah" and say "I do not have this type of perfection in my soul." The Prophets love for animals was borderline psychotic. 311 One of the mothers of the faithful believers (i.e. the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) ) did I`tikaf while she was having bleeding in between her periods.
312 None of us had more than a single garment and we used to have our menses while wearing it. Whenever it got soiled with blood of menses we used to apply saliva to the blood spot and rub off the blood with our nails.
313 We were forbidden to mourn for a dead person for more than three days except in the case of a husband for whom mourning was allowed for four months and ten days. (During that time) we were not allowed to put kohl (Antimony eye power) in our eyes or to use perfumes or to put on colored clothes except a dress made of `Asr (a kind of Yemen cloth, very coarse and rough). We were allowed very light perfumes at the time of taking a bath after menses and also we were forbidden to go with the funeral procession .
314 A woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the bath which is taken after finishing from the menses. The Prophet (ﷺ) told her what to do and said, "Purify yourself with a piece of cloth scented with musk." The woman asked, "How shall I purify myself with it" He said, "Subhan Allah! Purify yourself (with it)." I pulled her to myself and said, "Rub the place soiled with blood with it."
315 An Ansari woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) how to take a bath after finishing from the menses. He replied, "Take a piece a cloth perfumed with musk and clean the private parts with it thrice." The Prophet (ﷺ) felt shy and turned his face. So I pulled her to me and told her what the Prophet (ﷺ) meant.

As a Mexican American revert, of almost a year, I want to share some advice to our new sisters and brothers. Do your research before telling people you became a Muslim. When I took my shahada, last year, I wanted to tell my whole family. But I thought I was going to have a rejection. We are an extremely united family. I felt, knowing my family, they were going to think I was going to depart from our family. Till this day my family don't know I became a Muslim, I have been studying and researching the bible (Pauline Religion) and the historical facts of the negative things people talk about Islam, like the marriage of Aisha. I honestly started researching the polemical Islam topics because I wanted to have answers for them. But now I feel extremely confident and can debate anyone with facts. Ready to do DAWAH!!! I didn't want anyone to influence my journey. I didn't want them to say it was a phase.

Women in Islam have been given right to inherit property of their parents and other relatives whilst in the rest of the world that was unacceptable in the 7th century.

Alhamdulilah dear brothers and sisters may u all be blessed and granted Jannah. I was a born Hindu in Malaysia and it has been 33 years I have been a revert. The Quran is the only true guide that helps face our fear after we die. And that fear will always fade when we pray and think Allah often.

We’ve all made mistakes as Muslims and non-Muslims, after reverting, it’s as if it never even happened.
I came from a background with no organized religion, call it animisme or Paganism. Alhamdulillah for being a Muslim since I was 14. New reverts, Brothers and Sisters, welcome to the deen of Islam. Peace acquired by submitting your wills to the will of the Creator.

I was born from Chinese mom and Malay father. My face looks like exactly like a Chinese. Living in Malaysia, Islam is the major religion. I still remember one day i went to a mosque to pray zohor togather, i received salam with money in hand during salam from a few Muslim and ask how long did i become a revert. It is a culture for us to give help or money to revert in my country. I tried to explained that i am a borned as a muslim not a revert and reject the money. But still they ask me to keep because they really want to give it to me😂

The Hong Kong brother that cried in regret - brother - I have faced so much abuse in Sydney in 2014 and 2015 living in Camperdown area. And Ashfield.
But genuine regrets and apologies are rare. I hope we can meet in the future as brothers.
