Doug McClure was a hero and role model for me growing up, an under rated actor and regarded as one the nicest guys in Hollywood. Sadly I never got to meet him, he died too early at only 59. I was glad to be part of getting him inducted into the Western Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City in 2014.
He was the best cowboy 🤠 I know AKA Trampus.....wished I could of met him.hes my hero...but I was only 5 6 yrs old...when he stared in The Virginian......
