- Benjamin Keast's "Exsultet gaudio," recorded at the Solemn High Mass for for the feast of the Holy Family on January 7, 2024. The piece was commissioned for Holy Family parish in honour of its patronal festival, and was sung at this Mass for the first time.
Text: Exsultet gaudio pater Justi, gaudeat Pater tuus et Mater tua, et exsultet quae genuit te.
(Ps.): Quam dilecta tabernacula tua, Domine virtutum!
concupiscit et deficit anima mea in atria Domini.
Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen. (Introit for the Feast of the Holy Family)
Translation: Let the father of the Just exult with joy; let your father and mother rejoice; let her exult who gave birth to you. How lovely are your tabernacles, O Lord of hosts! My soul longs and pines for the courts of the Lord. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.
