Like 70km/h in mine.
The price seems to vary a lot depending what country you're in but I'm from sweden where there's still a lot of them left so not too much, $2000 will get you a barely running one and one in this condition probably about 3-5k.

I paid 7000 kroner for an 3314 ambulance in driveable condition , no rust , ambulance edition this week.
