Absolutely the best explanation I ever had watched for closures. Please continue this series and make videos on hosting, HOC, event loops , callback hell , currying as well
This is such a great example. Its true that everybody uses it in day to day life but nobody knows it by name actually or just gets puzzled due to this in yhe interview. Would be really looking forward to more such videos in the future.
Maza aa gaya closures padh ke, never thought koi itna asani se padha dega, so many examples and tutorials out there but real application aaj samajh aya
Great explanation but I think this explanation lacks something. While saying closures gives you access of the outer scope variables into inner scope I think the term "even when outer function has already executed and popped off the stack" should also be highlighted otherwise it is just a normal lexical static scoping right?
can't we give an arrow function to the onclick and in that arrow function we call the colourChange function so that every time the button is clicked then only it will run
bhai sach batau to main chai aur code se aaya tha aaj mujhe pta chala ki aapki englsh channel hai and mtlb chai aur code pe aap bahut aaram se baat karte ho but yaha laga bahut hurry me.....great to learn from you?
wrong. thats lexical scope. closure is a combination of lexical scope and still can access the parents functions variable after the parent has already run
I didn't even wanted to see this but sir only watching it because you really really worked hard for recording this video! Thanks for putting so much effort ❤️
Hey Hitesh, are there supposed to be only 2 Videos in this Playlist? Would love it if Whole Javascript was Covered through the Lens of a Javascript Interview.

this is super helpfull.I have one question though. when you set clickHandler('orange') to onclick without return. why it''s already excuted without any click event.

Great explanation but I think this explanation lacks something. While saying closures gives you access of the outer scope variables into inner scope I think the term "even when outer function has already executed and popped off the stack" should also be highlighted otherwise it is just a normal lexical static scoping right?
