I feel like the concept of this video is to represent his loyalty to the women. "I don't want war with you or my friends". They hired him to help hunt the women, but when it comes down to it Party protects them. "Even when troubles all look risky, it's all under control". When we first see Party he's aggravated/aggressive, but when we see him with the women he's instantly comfortable and trusting. "Pain goes away when you're with me", "you're my best friend". These are just some of the song themes I picked up on.
I think you can also flip this and say that the concept could also be that women is his weakness as well, even if it’s bad for him and others around him he can’t seem to help himself when it comes to women others might see women has trouble but he’s just like I want peace with them even it means coming down to war fighting with himself I feel him tho 🤣 I love women just the same 😭
