    my mum would use a mix of pork shoulder and belly so it's not as fatty (didn't matter much to me bc im an egg fan anyway)

      Haha, you know my Grandma uses pure pork belly but she takes the fat off when she eats it. Sometimes I wonder if she should've just gone for a mix of leaner and cuts like your Mum. 😆
      And yes, I'm a lover of the eggs too! ❤️
