This is my brother-in-law, and I can tell you that we ALL felt that it was unfair that he was voted off. But he is doing very well. His brother, my hubby, is also in the music industry...these brothers are taking the industry with force - with pure talent, passion and the essence of good music.
This guy was (is) an amazing singer, IMO he was the best male singer on the first season, I was sour when he got voted off and never had a real faith in the process afterwards, still hope the best for this guy and hope he is living the dream.

best of that night. But season 1 was TOTALLY about weird voices. Unique was all everyone looked for, which fudged true talent over.

kid was actually pretty good. I remembered this performance from 1st season. Thought he would've made it further.
Me too, I actually did not know this song until I heard him sing it. He made me fall in love with this song, he should have made the top 10
