I thought of a music video for this song that would be during spring. Lauren would be driving and singing in an old Dodge W200 crew cab pickup with faded paint in the countryside outside of Nashville. She would also be singing on a hill overlooking a remote farmhouse with a wrap around porch. There would be an attractive man who is a long haul truck driver driving a semi and showing him alone at a diner/ sleeping alone in the truck. Then having him arrive home at the farmhouse and seeing his girlfriend waiting for him. The last shot would be Lauren driving the old faded pickup into a hospital parking lot and taking off her jacket to show she's wearing a nurse uniform, then her walking toward the employee entrance. I hope Lauren sees this, it was fun to visualize.

Very few original songs are hit singles but "God Made A Woman" is not only a hit single, it is also a career defining, signature song. You know, the kind that you never need another hit after it. Find a way to get it on a major label because radio won't play it otherwise. I'm never wrong about this kind of thing so push, push, push. Don't let that hit slip away. World class songwriting.
