Omg I didn’t realize they had turned what we do in the shadows into a show. I loved the movie. So so sooo funny. I will have to look for the show. 🥰
The earrings and top are reminding me of Clarissa explains it all..one of my fav shows as a kid. I loved all the fear street movies they were so good.
My favorite small business / Etsy shop is Alicia's wonderland. She makes the cutest laser cut wonderland and villain inspired earrings and stickers. I just ordered a second pair of her purple pansies earrings as a gift for a friend who was eyeing mine. I've gotten 9 eyeshadow palettes since the end of June. I love lethal is dead, but I haven't gotten to play with it as much due to how much new I have.
Oh my gosh I love What We Do in the Shadows!!! The Superb Owl and Jackie Daytona make me laugh every time. 😄

My favorite of July was our family vacation to Wisconsin Dells!! Our last two kids are 21 and nearly 19, so this was most likely our last official one!!! It was a blast!! Love your favorites videos!! We need to watch Loki yet..... super excited!!! Blessings to you, Betty Jean!! ✌💚🙏💚

We've been going out at least once a week to find Halloween stuff. I can't even decorate that much, because my one cat likes to destroy everything nice we can ever have. But, At Home is so far my favorite place to find things. They are slowly bringing out more and more 👻
The Fear Street movie series is so unexpectedly good. They are talking about doing part 4.
Yes to the squishmellow 🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️ Those rare beauty lip gloss and lipsticks look so good. I show I been enjoying lately is The Owl House (you can watch it on Disney+), is so cute and interesting. I definitely recommend.

Okay, so we have just watched 3 episodes of What we do in the Shadows. 😄 Yup, pretty funny! Matt Berry (Laszlo) was in The IT Crowd. It's a great series if you haven't seen it. Very funny.
Omg, I LOVE What We Do in the Shadows! It’s actually based off a movie made by the same people (different characters, but the same creators) and that’s VERY worth watching as well. A lot of times I find that things that are based off movies don’t really translate; if you liked the movie, you don’t like the show and vise versa. But I love both versions of this!! I’m so excited season 3 is coming out soon!!! My husband and I love how they always get Guillermo’s name wrong and frequently call him Gizmo, so now our cats are often referred to as Gizmo, even though it’s nothing even similar to their actual names 😂 Such a great show!! Sunny is still my favorite comedy, but it also helps that there are like 14 seasons of it and it’s constantly being shown in reruns 😊 Did you see JoJo Rabbit? One of the Shadows creators adapted it from a book, directed it and played the imaginary Hitler in it. I love that movie! The other creator is part of a New Zealand folk spoof band (kinda like Weird Al, but less directly spoofing existing songs, they’re just all really funny and/or silly) called Flight of the Conchords which was also a show for a couple seasons. My husband and I loved that too but I think it was a little niche for broad commercial success. But both might be worth checking out if you like Shadows…. Unless the vampires are everything to you, since nothing else has vampires (except the Shadows movie of course). Also, that “chicken” sounds delicious, I’ll have to see if my local stores carry it!! I’m getting over the loooongest stomach bug/flu thing (and desperately hoping it will be better in two days for my birthday so I can at least nibble on the lovely vegan cake my honey is getting me!) but hopefully I’ll be able to eat regular food again some day! 😂 And I really want to try that coffee now too!! Again, once I can eat and drink normally 🙄😆 🧚♂️

@@battybean Oh it’s so good! It’s a comedy, but it’s about a little German boy in WW2 whose imaginary friend is Hitler and he wants to grow up to be the best little nazi he can be. It doesn’t sound like a comedy, but I promise it is! It’s equally irreverent and very sweet and touching. I think you’d like it!

What We Do In The Shadows (the show and original movie) is a fave! I recommend checking out Wellington Paranormal, which is in the same universe and equally hilarious. It's on HBO Max now. And BBC's Ghosts (also on HBO Max)!

Also the summerween plugs collection from love kills boutique ( haven’t received them yet but I tried the brand before and I never have been disappointed so i’m pretty sure they will be a favorite) My Favorite activity of the month was to go kayaking with the belugas whales 😍. It’s so magical to see them so close, wild and free 🖤🖤🖤
I’m currently obsessed with my Ulta brand baked sculpt and glow 3in1 palette in “California sunlight”. Hidden gem for sure. I’ve been watching the olympics a ton. Sadly the uswnt lost against Canada this morning in soccer. I’ve only seen the first Fear Street movie, but it was so campy and fun. I love that you’ve been showing your natural hair lately. Still love the wigs though. Also July was the start of my new job, which I’m loving. 😍😍😍😍

Universal passes are the beeeest, I splurged and got the preferred 3 park and omg Volcano Bay is so cool! I need to go back to universal more often, Harry Potter world is my happy place 🪄 I keep meaning to watch What We Do in the Shadows, so thank you for the reminder!! Favorites for July! It was my birthday month so that’s a favorite lol, I’ve been loving this missha essence sunscreen, too faced sweet tea bronzer, been using my too faced Christmas palettes all month long, and movies cruella was amazing, tv love island and cruel summer come to mind as faves, music hands down goes to BTS their new song permission to dance premiered on my birthday so kinda extra special and I just love their message of self love and positivity. Still wearing mask everywhere and finally found one I like haha. 🦋 🎃😊

Yesss to a lip swatch with the Rare Beauty Lip Souffles!! I got one of the glossy lip stains from the Cherry collection and I really like the color and the formula but I don't know if it's just me or what, there's something about the taste of it after I put it on it's very like medicinal almost and it just turns me off from wearing it ever

And did you ever read the Fear Steet novels? They were always some of my faves growing up. They even did a trilogy set in the past giving the history of how Fear Street came to be, and I was obsessed.
There is a grocery store we have where I live called Market Street. They started putting out Halloween decor a couple weeks ago, and it totally made me think of you. 😁

The Fear Street trilogy is so much fun. I’m going to watch them again, but I’m going to wait til around Halloween and binge it one night!
