The reverse repo operations are primarily designed to provide short-term liquidity to the banking system, ensuring that financial institutions have enough cash to operate smoothly and support everyday lending operations. It’s not intended to directly solve large, systemic problems like the real estate crisis. The PBOC's reverse repo operations (232B RMB vs 18T loss in real estate alone) are a liquidity management tool rather than a bailout or comprehensive stimulus for the economy or any specific sector.

Thank you for your relentless narrative against China & it's markets. Investors like us can invest at very low and attractive prices and look forward to "home runs".

China 🇨🇳 has been a money-printing machine on overdrive for a while.
During the years 1990-2021, the US printed 6.5 times more money while China printed 147 times.
    - It has printed more money than the US and Japan combined, while its economy is only half of them.
    - Current Chinese debt-to-gdp is already *highest in the world, at 300%,* according to Bloomberg.
    - With stimulus and measures, China's debt will be at 400% to 500% of its GDP in the next decade, according to Reuters.

Who can afford to buy the second home?

  • @gstlb

This won’t help much except maybe some stocks in the short term. A few already well off consumers might pull the trigger on buying a home with lower mortgage rates but prices are still way above affordable for most people. And these measures don’t address the major issues around unemployment, underemployment, and consumer lack of confidence.

Ok great they should be a little more excited. That's what we are waiting for investment needs that more than you think it does and too many EV players. There's so many I can't even figure out which ones to invest in down. 20 grand on one. Guess I'll just go back to BYD. That sucks in some ways

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!

stock market is for the greedy, wealthy, speculators and foreign investors & its institutions, rarely working people and their families benefit from. financial stimuli policy by chinese government is unwise and wrong. trilions of stimuli money should invest on improving health care for its citizens, free higher educational access for children from rural area and money spend on research and basic science.
